Tried to order jackets from their website - that's it. They were inflexible when they said we needed to call & sort things out, unhelpful when we could get a hold of them (which wasn't often,) & ended up cancelling our order despite our compliance with all their "issues." These jackets should have been ordered 3 weeks ago - now I'm back at square 1 with silent customer service reps. Absolute joke of a company. Don't waste your time!
I was quoted $150 for 11 safety vests, which is a great price, but we also got the vests embroidered with our company logo. The cost of the logo being added to the vests (3 different stitch colors (black, white, and blue) and the size of the logo is smaller than 4 inches tall) was $300 alone. AND they wanted to charge us another $100 to simply move the location of the logo from one location in past orders to a new location for all future orders. Charging a customer $400 to add some stitching, which is done by a machine, to $150 worth of safety vests is just insane. I understand that every company needs to make money, but I was taking our old logo and effectively cutting its size in half, if not smaller. The cost of the embroidery should have been drastically reduced in relation to logo size. And now, since I've moved to a different safety vest manufacturer, Full Source won't respond to email requests for a DST file copy of our logo. When things like this happen, it only proves to the customer that they care more about making $$$ than they do the customer's experience or satisfaction.
Absolutely insane 5 week lead time on embroidery! Not 5 days - 5 weeks. Do they just outsource it? Best of all they sneak this in after they send you the artwork proof. All the reviews talking about slow shipping times, slow production times are right. Your order will not arrive on time.
Full Source generally messes up proofs, but if you are diligent you can catch mistakes. Orders ship loose and sloppy in a big box, but hey - they are cheaper than most competitors.
Unfortunately, Full Source recently messed up an important order and - get this - refunded the cost of embroidery only (and that only begrudgingly.) My company was out a grand due to their clear mistake. I may yet take them to small claims over it. I will never use Full Source again, and hope that others are able to avoid a similar experience.
I have placed several orders in the past with Full source and every time my order either gets delayed or out of stock item but the company never makes any attempts to inform the customer the item is out of stock, and you are only told about it when you call to find out your order status. I pay for shipping and expect my order to arrive on time but only to find out once again it's been delayed by a week. 3 weeks to get my order!? It's about time Full source change its shipping company. They have definitely lost me as a customer.
Ordered on 2/18, company was perfectly ok with taking my money then but didn't ship until a week later. From the date of notice for having been shipped it took another two weeks for clothes to arrive. On top of that the clothes didn't fit well anyway.
I ordered embroidered shirts from this company, and they were out of a color, but I was told I would be able to order it when they came in at no minimum. Well the color came in, and now they told me that is not possible. I must order 6.
I should have known I should have gone elsewhere, when in the order process, when I heard nothing back, I had to track down my order, and lo and behold they called me shortly after.

Just ordered some shirts (Port Authority) and was so surprised to see them arrive as quickly as they did. We ordered them on Monday, and they arrived Thursday. All of the shirts were exactly as I ordered them. Great job!
We bought 4 pairs of red laptops pants. They were advertised as 36x36. When we received them they were labeled 35x36. The company will not take them back and give us the correct size because they have elastic inserts. We have always bought the elastic insert work pants as 36x36. This company must not want return customers if they don't value customer service.
Lacks communication and my items finally showed up 2 months later! I have been working to try and return the items and no one will call me back after leaving messages. The Port & Company are nothing like what I ordered from Jiffy and All Day shirts~ very disappointed in products and customer service.
