Worst experience with an online company. Who cares if they have a great product if you can't create it? I have contacted them at least 5 times in the last two days trying to find a solution for not being able to upload or create new products on their site. I've explained to them that I have tried different browsers and cleared the cache. I have logged out and then logged in. I've turned off my computer. I have tried everything I can think of to reset their site. I've told them this, and I've sent pictures, but still, they respond with - they don't understand what I am talking about. They won't acknowledge that there is even a problem because it works on their end. They seem not to understand what I am saying. In their responses, they change my words around. And offer no solutions. Nor do they seem to care about solving the problem. So, if I can't upload my images, then I can't create products, and I can't transfer the product to sell on Etsy. I would NOT recommend Gearbubble.
I bought a mug for my daughter-in-law It arrived in a very strong package in good condition. Notifications of processing, shipping, expected delivery was very good. I am very pleased with the whole process and the mug is very nice quality.
I've recently purchased a mug from them and the quality is real good, the artwork on the mug is clear and straight letters. Not only did the wife love it, she looks real good holding that mug.

I recently bought two t-shirts, 100% heavy cotton, with lovely pictures of bears on them (from Orphaned Wildlife). The images stand out nicely and the colours are bright. I did not wait too long for delivery and would certainly shop at GearBubble again.

I ordered heat changing Daughter mugs on 5/25/2021 and screen captured their OWN web page stating delivery in 3 to 5 business days. Today is the 5th business day. I had emailed GearBubble on 5/28 stating I did not receive an invoice, NO E-MAIL confirmation and if I do not have the Daughter mugs on 6/3/2021 by 8:00 AM I will dispute any credit card charges. The status is still showing what it showed days ago. SCAMMING business. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Chase fraud representative stated they have an "F" rating on BBB.
I ordered the "I'd fight a bear for you dog dad" mug. It arrived within the promised time frame with email updates along the way and packed perfectly in a styrofoam shipping container. It looks great and I'm sure the "dog dad" will love it!
