I ordered a golfbag. Now its broken. I did try to contact them multiple times on multiple ways. No response whatever. So if they have to deliver customer services... there is nobody home. Don't buy here

I actually received a Gilet I ordered in February but returned it because the zip was faulty. It cost £73. I have send emails which have been returned and the phone is not in order. I don't know what to do next but am extremely disappointed for me and them if they have gone into liquidation.
PAYPAL dispute to get money back! I wish i had read these reviews first before buying from GolfStoreEurope... Takes ages to get them to reply to any emails and when they do they say item has just gone out of stock? Why could they not warm me? Then they say item will take a few day and to wait! Then I wait and then they say they are moving premises... Then they say item will take weeks to order, so will refund and send it to their accounts department.? Did they refund NO! So I had to open a claim with PAYPAL for my money back through the Paypal action centre. If I hadn't used Paypal, my money was gone! Because of GOLFSTOREEUROPE delays it would have meant you can not claim after certain time. Terrible :(
Unending list of victims. I bought an odissey superstroke versa putter in november and paid £133. The putter has never arrived and anytime they answered to my emails with different excuses. Yesterday I received the email saying that the company was under liquidation. Congratulations...
Just like many, many other customers, I ordered because of the great prices en professional looking website. But from the moment you have payed, you get nothing! No product, no information, no reply to e-mails and no answered phone! I had to claim my money back through the Paypal actioncentre. If I hadn't used Paypal, my money was gone!
In short... Never, ever order here! Golfstoreeurope.com, may have been a real and reliable golfstore, but isn't anymore! There just thiefs!

I used to order a lot of stuff in this shop and I always was very happy with the way they communicated with me.
Now, after ordering 2 new clubs, they used my trust in them to postpone and postpone until I could not take back my money via papyal anymore!
They confirmed the cancellation of my order but now they are not responding to anything.
I will take them to court!
Very disappointing!
I paced an order back in January. My item was marked as been in stock at that time. 2 weeks later I had not received my order. I had tried to contact by phone on several occasions but to no joy. I emailed and received an email saying they would deal with my enquiry with 72 hours. They got back to me 2 days later stating they were waiting for a shipment within next 5-7 days and then they would send my order out immediately. Was still waiting 10 days on. Sent another email with my original email and their response. Email received same as before they will deal with my enquiry within 72 hours. No reply.
After a week of no reply I contact PayPal to open a dispute about my order. With In 24 hours I had the money back in my account and then 6 hours after PayPal informed me that had happened I received an email from the company that my order had been cancelled. Thankfully I had paid with PayPal as I would still be trying to get this sorted.
I will not be placing any orders with the company in the future and I advise others not to as well.
Paid for a club 2 months ago. At the start they said it will be coming soon still no sign. They won't answer my e-mails any more. The place should be shut down!
I bought a beautiful rescue Nike of the last year at an excellent price. The club arrived today and it is magnificent. Unfortunately supplier forgot to enter my house number and the phone number to the carrier, this could not deliver but no one warned me and no one knew who was the agent in Italy courier. In the end it all worked out well but I think that such errors should not happen. I want to thank Jenny for the effort expended in resolving the problem, although it was not within its competence
Their prices are good but you do not get the goods, really bad experience, 72 hours for an e-mail, do not answer phone, cannot trust their stock. Take the order then mess about for weeks a disgrace
I requested a price match for a trolley I had seen on another website at a cheaper price. They responded within 5 minutes accepting my request. Order was dispatched quickly. Couldn't really ask for more.
I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses for a very good price and had it delivered to Germany within 5 days. Great! I will definitely shop at this store again.

Ordered a driver that was in stock on the site, a couple of days later I received an email saying it wasn't, I was given the option for a refund or choose something else, I choose the refund this was mid november 2014. After many emails ( no real reaction) I am still waiting for my money.
Reading all the complains, it is often the same pattern. It used to be a reliable company. In the past I did not have any problems.

I've been successfully buying from GSE for a couple of years but in the last 8 months they have vanished their value like thin air.

DON'T BUY FROM GOLFSTORE EUROPE. Choose a more reliable store, such as one you can eventually order online, if you like, and then pick up your stuff in a real store.
Like so many others, it seems, I ordered a club which has never turned up, I can't get to speak to anyone, and, their customer service is non-existent - literally, they NEVER answer the customer service phone line. Items show as in stock when clearly they are not. My order was placed on 16/12/2015 (after 3 days of email correspondence) then told to wait 3 weeks, then another 1-2 weeks and I still have not received it as at 31-01-2015.
It does appear that some people get lucky and Golf Store Europe can source their items but, it is a gamble and anyone risk-averse should buy elsewhere. The items listed have an 'In Stock' indicator which gives the impression that it is somehow linked to their warehouse (which I now no longer believe exists), however, the indicator is not dynamic - that is it does not update to 'Out of stock' when they can no longer supply the goods.
Customer service is terrible. They never answer the customer 'service' phone, are slow to respond to emails, and do not even answer emails sent out of hours (unbelievably, you have to resend the email during working hours - whatever that means).
I have started a dispute with paypal to see if I can get my money back.
Great prices but I ordered a pair of shoes and a new bag 1 week ago and still no sign of them.
The website clearly states "We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours except for Custom Fit which can take between 7-10 Days as these items are built to your specific requirements".
Neitehr my shoes or bag or custom fit so what's the problem?!
I have tried phoning all day and the phone doesn't even ring, it's straight to a looped answerphone message which my previous call centre experience tells me that the phones are not even manned. I then emailed customer service to be told that it can take 72hrs to get a reply. Not what you want to hear when you are chasing something that is already late.
The order confirmation has a link to track the order but it has just said that it's being processed for the last week - most unhelpful again!
I'm guessing the fact that this shocking customer service is designer to cut costs their end, but they need to realise that managing customer's expectations is not only free but key to a good shopping experience.

Answer: I reported golfstoreeurope to my card issuer and after one mounth i got a check posted to me. (It was 600 Pound shopped with a mastercard.) Regards Jonas
Answer: I have an authorisation code that I am often asked for when paying by credit card. This is effectively another password for added security. If no money has been changed hands walk away and count your blessings. If money has been paid by you, they don't need any code as they already have your money. You could seek to recover the money via your credit card company as you clearly have a frustrated contractual situation. It is perfectly legitimate for you to have a different billing address and delivery address as it might have been a gift as this is often the case. No other company has ever given me problems here.
