Thank you to all of the team at Guitar Guitar Epsom. Always first class service and a pleasure to visit. Whether I am buying or just after some help or advice, the staff are friendly and helpful. They even gave me some free packaging so I could sell my own gear.

An absolute waste of time. I ordered/payed for a Gibson sg from these jokers, 20 hours later, I received an email telling me that the guitar was sold to someone else(probably an employee or friend of). Then they had the audacity to offer me a basic tribute model instead. I have ordered many times, and spent good money at guitarguitar but will never use these clowns ever again.

I now have the number One Luthier in GB who looks after my guitars.
In the past l used guitar guitar in Epsom. Their behaviour was disgraceful. They were full of hatred and contempt.
