Can't comment on the quality as I haven't received the product but at this point I will say that the communication on shipping is very poor. While I can track it with a tracking number the shipping status hasn't changed, it's been a month. For some reason I thought there was a warehouse in the US, guess I was wrong. Probably would not have got sucked in to ordering these from all the pop up ads had I known they were shipping from China. Ordered a pair for me and my sibling for Xmas, not sure if I'll get them. It's been 4 weeks. Have received zero email updates from Halara. Can't believe they are making money on this and all these insta influencers are out there touting the business.

Halara is a SCAM!
The clothing is manufactured in China with child labor.
The quality is complete TRASH.
And when you receive the GARBAGE clothing and need to return the items, Halara always has a system "glitch" that prevents you from completing the return.

If you've been a victim, just call your bank and file a FRAUD dispute.
Get your refund and be done with it.
Halara is a scam and will never refund your money.
These other so-called "positive" reviews are PHONY reviews posted by a paid service that businesses can pay to post FALSE "positive" reviews.

I actually loved the clothing and materials but as expected not all my items I bought were a fit. No issue, I'll return and get other things right?

Well, my experience with returns has been hell enough to post a review anywhere I can. No useful help returning anything in the returns portal, customer service just stalling asking the same questions as the returns portal... And conveniently after a month of exchanges and saying this isn't fair that it's two days from the cut off date and I still have no help returning this can u extend the return window... The email I have replied to MANY times is no longer in service. Too convenient for them. Thanks for stealing my $ Halara. You lost what was going to be a new fan and customer. I'll actively deter folks from you moving forward.

They kept delaying order

Initially, I placed an order that included a pre-order item, so I understood there would be a wait for shipping. However, even a week after the item was in stock, I still hadn't received it, so I had to cancel the order.

For my second order, I specifically chose items that were listed as available with no issues. Yet, over a week and a half passed, and the items still hadn't shipped. When I reached out to check, I was told there was a restock item in my order—something that was not indicated at the time of purchase.

When I raised a complaint, I was informed that the issue had been reported to the "higher team," but I've received no further updates or follow-up. This level of service is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

At this point, I've decided to cancel this order as well. This brand is incredibly unreliable, and the customer service team is shockingly incompetent.

Unethical company

My order that I placed on 10/25/2024 never arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times and got the run around. I requested a refund as I never got the clothes. Customer service went silent. Horrible experience and really unethical business practice!

Package is missing

I ordered two pairs of pants a month ago and never received them. I have contacted customer support several times but no one knows where the package is.

In the meantime, I had to contact another company who were going to possibly deliver it and they didn't know anything. Then support was going to figure it out and let me know after 2 business days. After a week I still don't know anything and I just get another standard email back saying I have to wait 8-10 business days. Of course, those have long passed.

No one knows where the package is, no one can deliver it and no one lets me know anything.

If I cannot receive the package, I would like to get my money back though. Especially after multiple contact attempts.

The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.

Returns Suck

I ordered 2 pants. For one they did not fit and 2 the material was horrible. I chose the return option and they would refund everything but the $7.90 shipping cost. The package has been attempted to be delivered several times and no one is obviously receiveing it. And now USPS tracking states that if a redelivery is not scheduled they will return it to me. I reached out via email with pictures of return receipt and picture of the USPS online tracking portal and they say they are working on it. I returned it on 10/15 it has been attempted to be delivered since 10/17. All I want is for them to return my money. This company does not uphold what they state they will do all to keep their money. BUYER BEWARE!

Absolutely horrible returns experience - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK!

I returned my HALARA order through Evri (self-paid, of course) which was delivered a week ago. The customer service have asked for Evri tracking number which I have given to them but they claim it doesn't work. I then sent a screenshot by screenshot response showing that it works and it has been delivered but they are responding with automated emails. I have literally sent them proof of delivery and they still would not refund me my money.

Asked for a chargeback from my credit card - thank God this option exists.

I placed an order on 4/6 and STILL have not received my order on 4/23. When I reached out to CS I get your order is delayed and the tracking has not been updated in 5 days. Their website says if the tracking hasn't updated in 5 days, contact them, but they can only be contacted my email, then you wait 1-3 days for a response. I have no idea about the product itself because I haven't received it and have no information on when it will actually arrive. Their 7-10 day shipping is a joke. Very disappointing, and incredibly discouraging considering you can't actually talk to someone. I will not ever purchase from this company again even if the products are amazing. I get it is coming from China, however I ordered a specialty item from another company shipping from china as well for Father's Day assuming it would take a while and I already received that item and it was a CUSTOM order. Do not purchase from here unless you have months to wait.

Customer service is almost non-existent. They are not transparent with the return policy and it's either a gift card for their site or return it and pay postage that is more than your purchase. The pants I received were hideous...did not look anything like they did on the model. The material was "swishy" and made that sound when I walked. Sizing is completely off...what do you expect...made in China. Never again.

I ordered 5 items from this site (totaling 197 dollars) for an event that I was going too. I sized my products according to their size chart. When the items came, all of them were massive and an exchange would not have made it in time for the event. I requested a refund and was given two options, keep the items and receive a gift card, or return the products for a refund minus the shipping label. I chose the latter and went through the arduous process of their return system. Taking photos of myself (inhumane and embarrassing and humiliating to have to photograph myself and show them that their products did not fit me correctly instead of just accepting the return). I sent the return by the appropriate day and actually had to follow up with them by email when I did not hear anything about the return. I eventually received a message back stating that they issued a refund and when I finally got around to checking, I was given 2 dollars and 52 cents back. I reached out several times and have yet to hear a response. Every single item purchased was never worn, just tried on and returned to its original packing and the free gift they sent was also returned. I have yet to hear back from them despite reaching out multiple times. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I will be contacting and generating a complaint with the better business bureau if I do not hear back shortly.

Skirts were too small. Went through site to do return. They sent me an email stating that "my return application was submitted successfully", but they did not include where to send the return. Their website specifically tells you to only send returns to the address they give you when your acceptance request is approved. No answer to emails yet.

Bad Products

I had high hopes for this company at first because their leggings and bras seemed to be really nice. However I received my package today, and none of the items fit. I ordered a Large in a medium support bra, and my boobs just fall out of the bottom, and its much smaller than it should be. I also ordered a large in a pair of leggings, and they look like they are fit for a child. I used the sizing chart correctly, but now that I've received the wrong size, I cannot return it because sizing isn't their issue! Please do not buy from them if you are on the larger side, find a company that will actually care for you.

Terrible company

The return process is impossible. I have sent them two emails with the details on what they asked for in order to complete the return and they respond back asking for the same thing. They have a return portal that does not work when you click on the link. This is just another scam company from China. Stay away!

I bought two everyday dresses

I bought two everyday dresses. I would normally wear a size small, but as I am 23 weeks pregnant, I sized up to medium and it fits perfect. Great for chasing our 16-month old toddler on a playground. Dont have to worry, about any "flashing" accidents" :)) Amazing quality, the material is quite thick, so it holds everything in place. Its not a maternity dress, but definitely can be worn as one.

They missed delivery deadlines 3x. I'm not in a hurry but since your promised the date, I stay home to wait. This is a waste of time. The delivered items DO NOT look like promotional pictures. The cut didn't flow as nicely. Disappointed. Never buying again from them.

If you asked me to rate what I bought (assorted leggings, shorts and bras) right out of the bag most would be 5/5. However many items are showing significant wear after a few uses such as an extreme amount of pilling and even fraying seams. This is not a hearty product so save up for lulu or another more durable brand
