Firstly I received a personal letter of thanks for my order, which I felt was a nice touch.
I was informed via a second letter that the item I'd ordered was out of stock, and that I'd be updated when the item I'd ordered, or a similar item was available, and that my payment would be returned, which it was.
When I saw my item was stuck in customs I reached out and I got a response within an hour. Then when the item came I really loved it. I would definitely order from here again.
Item came when expected and wrapped well (although somehow the envelope was torn probably in shipping but someone had taped the tear up really well).
Product arrived in good shape but would have been a better experience if You had used UPS for shipping instead of USPS, then wouldn't have had to wait so long for delivery.
