When l first started using these electrolytes they were full of flavor. When l received my most recent order they had little flavor. I checked the individual package of an individual pack and found it had 6 grams of flavored powder. The most recent packages are 5 gram. If l could l would get my money back. It use to be a good product.

I recently purchased 3 Hydromate bottles for myself, my daughter and my niece. My half-gallon bottle was literally used three times and today, to my shock, as I walked into a lunch meeting carrying it by the material handle attached, it broke for no reason and spilled water all around me as my colleagues stood nearby. Nothing happened to it before this - it wasn't dropped, it wasn't hit. It just broke. Pics attached.

This is the worst part though: after four direct messages and emails sent to Hydromate, not one word from their company and it's been over a month.

Day one I had bottle, unfortunately I dropped it and broke the white cap. My fault, emailed customer service to purchase a replacement cap. They don't do replacement parts. That's so stupid. The bottle is fine. So the send a 15% OFF code to buy another bottle, no thanks. Thanks for contributing to our waste problem in this world.

I really love my bottles. I ordered last year and this year and the cute bottles make me drink the water that I need to drink. Before the bottles, I was never a water person. I had to force myself to drink water but now since I am trying to lose weight the bottles really help.

My order just arrived and I love my gallon water bottle sleeve that matches my water bottle. Hydromate's customer service is also awesome. Looking for a sturdy water bottle to carry outside of the house or at home Hydromate will definitely be a great choice. Highly recommended as a gift or just for yourself.

As of today, I haven't received my order yet. But, I only placed it maybe a week or so ago. I reached out yesterday to see if I could get a status. I received a response right away. They looked into my order, said it was on its way and provided a tracking number. And then, shortly after that, I received another email thanking me, and saying if I needed anything at all to not hesitate to reach out. True reliable customer service is very hard to come by these days. I am extremely happy with what I've seen so far. Thank you for being so on top of things, and with extreme courtesy.

I'm writing this review because I haven't received my package as of yet. I ordered three products. I only received one part of my order even though I ordered it and paid for them on the same order. I have reached out them (hydromate) more time than I like about my package. I was told they can not refund my money but they will send the order again. I only want my order or the money. They are had to get in touch with and they don't have a number so there for you can only email. I'm an sick of this process, can I get my money returned or my product.

I had a minor issue with an item that was purchased and upon reaching customer service was able to have the problem resolved. The customer service team is outstanding and always very helpful. I love this product and the company in a whole. Getting ready to order my next bottle.

I ordered for myself half gallon, my son a gallon and daughter who is 8 and takes to her school 32oz with sleeves for all of us and we love this product. Totally recommend, perfect for the whole family

I sent an email because I had a question about my order. It was well after midnight when I sent the email, and I got an immediate response from Jessica. She provided me with the information I needed to track my remaining items in my order. I love my 32 oz bottle. It has been life changing for me. I'm not a water drinker and this makes it effortless to drink. The straw is the key for me. It fits perfectly in the car cup holder, helps me remain accountable for my hydration goals, and I love the strap. This is a wonderful product and I will purchase again. I love my hydromate bottles. It has help me stay on track with drinking water. I have the gallon, so I have plenty of water to drink all day. Before I'll have to refill it. I get so many compliments on my bottles every day. I am always telling them where they can purchase there very own hydromate bottle. Thank you

I want to cancel an order 30 minutes after it was made and I was told all they could was give me a coupon code

$#*!ed around and ordered 2 of these mess bottle are a pretty waste of trash DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS Sad part they want even replace

I got the bottle and it was broken so they sent me a new one free but the like 3rd day I had the new one it cracked all the way around I suggest you not buying this water bottle

I ordered several 32oz. HydroMate water bottles and cleaners. There was a missing bottle. I emailed HydroMate as advised and was quickly contacted by Jessica at Customer Service. Jessica offered information to help my situation and it was taken care of right away.
In regards to this product, I used the cleaner to wash my HydroMate before use and noticed the integrity of the bottle and lid is solid! Great product!
I am very happy with this product, satisfied with the quality customer service, and will be ordering more for gifts to family and friends! Thank you Jessica and HydroMate!

I wrote hydromate to express my concerns and ask for help and it seems as though customer service didn't read a WORD of what I said because they responded with something on the order of "we're so glad you love our product." This really angered me as I HATE the product and all the things wrong with it and I expressed that in my email... terrible company. Don't waste your money.

I ordered from this company and at first was very happy…. But then I kept getting products in the mail I did not order. When I contacted them they said I was on their Auto shipment each month. I explained I did not sign up for auto shipment and did not want all the product they were sending me and charging to my credit card. They said they were sorry and it would not happen again. I asked if I could return all unopened product and get a full refund, they said no they did not accept returns and charged me for all the product anyway but said I could have 15% off my next order.
The company is not about pleasing the customer but about making a profit anyway they can. I will not buy from them again

I am almost certain all the good reviews about hydromate are from people who were paid for their review. I did my homework on ordering quality water bottles and I was sold by everything I read and it is all lies. These are cheap and low quality. And even with the insulation bag they don't keep it cold. These water jugs actually make me miserable so I'm not even going to use them. Just an expensive piece of trash and I was stupid and ordered 2 of them. There are way better quality bottles and jugs available for cheaper so don't be fooled by the phony reviews. Everything that these claim is false and they don't accept returns when ordering directly from their site. I am addicted to water bottles and I promise these are the worst ever! I'm so disappointed and would never suggest that anyone get these hydromate motivational jugs.
