This company spammed every email listed on my website. When asked who they worked for, they explain that they don't use their own domain due to spam issues. So they use Outlook instead. This company will never get a dime from me and deserves to go bankrupt.
The list bought was mortgage brokers, as they promised the list had the details what I required, though there was few bounces of about 150 mails out of 4,000 which was replaced by them free of cost.
We had three deals with the company and I would say their lists are best compared to others in the market.
I purchased a list of emails for Auto Glass Shops in 3 specific states.
What I received was a list that was 90% worthless ( and I'm being kind at 90%)
More than half the listings were body shops, not auto glass shops, and of the listings that were auto glass shops, most of the emails were not valid, and many of the shops were not in the 3 state area contracted for.
I contacted them several times and they sent "improved" lists that were basically worthless
I requested a refund and they never got back to me about it.
Business owners BEWARE.
I bought a list from ID Global Data for "Gift, Novelty, and Souvenir Stores Decision-Makers". Their policy is, "you will receive 100% verified emails and phones. In case you receive any bounce, bad, or irrelevant contacts, will be replaced for free of cost."
The following is what happened:
1) After delivery, I pointed out irrelevant contacts on TWO occasions. On the THIRD delivery, I reviewed 2,267 contacts one by one. Only 342 were actually gift shops, leaving me with only 15% usable contacts. The other companies were: candy, nuts, architecture, adoption, churches, craft stores, random stores with the name "craft", party stores, and chocolate.
2) A handful of their contacts are completely mislabeled, showing a gift-related company name, but the URL and email addresses say differently. This is at best poor data filters, but at worst, it's fraudulent to try to make contacts look relevant to your industry.
3) A handful of the URLs didn't actually go to a live site of any sort. Again, poor data cleaning.
4) Of the 342 contacts that WERE relevant I sent a small test. Over 200 of the emails BOUNCED.
All of this information was communicated with evidence and screenshots to Mark at IDGlobal Data. I gave a deadline for resolution, but I was met with silence. Do NOT work with this company in any way. I wish I never did. Unfortunately, based on what unfolded I believe this company is a scam.
