We purchased and new seat for our forklift. Unfortunately there was an issue with a faulty switch in the seat. I contacted Customer Service, who sent me out a new seat immediately. Companies can be great when everything goes right, the true test is what happens when there is a problem. Intella Lift Parts passed the test.
