Took out 6months sub,found it to be poor, as for refund on numerous occasions,no response.
Stay away.

I signed up for a subscription, knowing that it was "risk free" as per their website. After browsing the directory, and seeing that the quality of shows was poor… Not to mention a lot of of the shows that were posted did not have current seasons, I decided to cancel the subscription. Sent my first email asking for cancellation and I didn't receive a response. I tried using their website to communicate with someone to ask for the refund… No one ever responded (noting that when I was communicating with them before about the packages, they were very responsive). I try to send another email and guess what? Suddenly, my emails are being bounced back. Clearly they're blocking me and preventing me from getting my refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE. It is a total scam!
