This company continued to charge my credit card for a subscription I cancelled because I found the app too complicated to use and a bit glitchy. Then the amount went up. The customer service is terrible. They refuse to refund all but half of one unauthorized charge. DO NOT USE!

I message them to cancel and refund my money. No luck with full refund. Be very careful giving you bank card, will automatically renewed every couple of months, I felt trap and the price of subscriptions also doubled from 30 dollars to 69,00. I never received any meal plan, And when I registered Im offered to pay another plan. Never give your bank card, I got billed 69,99. I had to call the bank and block this company. Never give your bank card.

I unfortunately signed up for this program as many people do after new years last year, I wasn't to sure about the keto program but I thought I would give it a go, I paid the subscription fee of what I thought was around $12 AUD not realising it was in AD. Anyway that aside I tried the program and found that it was too limited for my health needs so I cancelled the service and deleted the app. Come new year 2025 a charge of $159.61 appears on my credit card from keto cycle. I tried contacting the company and was told it was my fault as I didn't have any record of cancellation.

Still billing 2 years after cancelling. Once they have your details that's it, they will continue to take your money even if you cancel.

I echo others sentiment. I received NO notification about renewal. I contacted them the minute I received notification that payment was taken from my account. They refuse to refund for money for the next year. I haven't used the service in over 6 months and do not plan to. What an absolute sham. No integrity at all - what company does that?

This site is useless. It's upsell after upsell. Customer service is not helpful. No response to email. You can cancel your subscription but have to jump through hoops to get your money back. Don't know if I'll get my money back. Subscribed with a sale for 75% off for 6 mos and was charged to 12 mos.
Access to recipes and everything else costs more. Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. I definitely would not bought it.

I purchased this app in the morning, tried using it and got very frustrated. Its app development is terrible. The meal plans and recipes don't easily adjust for number of servings and it's impossible to delete meals you want to skip; you can only change them. I contacted customer service to get a refund a few hours later. They said they do not give refunds, even though I'm very disappointed. TERRIBLE policy! If you are looking for a solid, user-friendly app, go with CarbManager. It's also a fraction of the price!

I signed up for this program and within less than 12 hours, I knew it wouldn't work for me. It has way too many ingredients per meal and added main ingredients to each meal plan that I don't like. It gives the option to change the meal, but I still got ingredients that I didn't like and would be difficult to find. I asked for a refund and was denied. Unless you really like to cook with several ingredients and want to spend alot of money on meals, recommend not purchasing this plan/app. They say they have a 14 day refund if you don't like it,but they won't refund your money.

I didn't like the recipes at all and It charges extra for every little thing. I asked for a refund because I had to pay for 4 months up front and was denied a refund because there's nothing wrong with their app. Wow! If a company can't guarantee a product its a red flag. Now I understand why theres no free trial. They wouldn't make money unless they steal it.

As noted in many reviews here the app is worthless. Their business practices are a scam. You'll receive a renewal charge after a year but you won't receive any advance notice that the charge will be made. It just shows up on your credit card. I noticed the charge right away and contacted them immediately to cancel the subscription that I didn't know I had, and asked them to refund the charge. 2 days later they responded that my so-called subscription would be cancelled but there would be no refund, even though I told them on the same day the charge was made. That's what is commonly called a SCAM! A reputable business would let you know that the renewal charge was coming and give you an opportunity to cancel. Or at the very least, they would offer a refund after sneaking this charge onto your card. But not Keto Cycle! They have a good thing going here by snagging your money and not giving it back. Don't make the mistake I made! It's a worthless app and a company whose business model relies on people not realizing they are subscribing to something and not refunding once they realize it.

Careful with the auto billing as they will give a low cost offer and then charge you for a year a couple months later without warning. Then refuse to fully refund as their policies are all sales are final. Feels like the only reason you do this is bc I a good amount of profits are customers 'accidentally ' purchasing based off some low cost marketing offer.

Do not join. Charge you after you cancel. Refuse to credit account. Taking steps with credit card company.

Be sure to note your subscription date, because they automatically bill, and if you miss by a day they will not refund.

I signed up 2 years ago and ended up not using the app at all.
I missed last years automatic renewal for $60, but saw this years one.
They were unwilling to refund the recent charge even though I contacted them immediately.
Don't sign up.

Apart from being bombarded with this is your last chance... don't tell anyone marketing until you cave in... trying to get a refund is nigh on impossible... I got 50% after asking for a refund 4 days in, due to not being able to cook food and being time poor workig 84 hrs per week... I WILL NEVER SIGN UP TO KETO CYCLE AGAIN! High pressure sales team... steer clear, watch you tube vids to get ideas from. Zero trust in this rip off company

They have a poor app and poor website and sucker you into using PayPal and then NEVER contact you to tell you they will renew and when…. Every legit service will tell you the service will be renewed…. Anyway, I got renewed, contacted them within an hour of the renewal to be told no refunds. There are much better keto helpers out there - don't be suckered by the daily marketing campaign and discounts. If you do, cancel right away!

I spent hours and hours on the app trying to find meal plans. They don't explain much of anything just give you meal plans. The shopping list tells you to buy one but, Bacon 0.7 ounces. I reset the food plan many times one said it couldn't come up with a plan. I asked for simple meals for lunch a d they had me coking salmon and.chicken for lunch. When I asked for a refund the wanted a screen shots and even sound recording. I also ordered their supplement said it was on its way but never got an email as they promised. I plan. To take this to the Ohio Attorney General. I had to buy two books just to figure out how the keto plan worked they do not provide any Information on how it works it is just an app with a Facebook group full of clueless people.
