I ordered from them five days ago after four days they send me email. They need a copy of my drivers license and my credit card. (but they already took money on Monday from my credit card I check in my bank)Those people they're scumbags they take your money and never send you an item whatever you paid for it.

I had ordered a radiator from bikebandit.com and 3 weeks later had not even shipped. Called ktmworld.com and gave them the part number for my 2015 KTM Super Duke R and the sales person noted 10 in stock, yes 10! I called back and cancelled my bike bandit order and went online to get the 32 percent discount and had my new radiator in 2 days! Awesome service, will always use them for anything KTM parts wise in the future. Took 3 weeks for refund for bikebandit so customer beware!
