From the beginning I found this website to be easy site to navigate. It was landed out good to enter what my eye doctor recorded for my prescription.
Was able to get my prescription verified and ordered was placed. It's all worth placing my prescription for my contacts. Received an email to confirm that my contacts prescription been approved and ordered. Received my contacts in a timely manner and have been so satisfied with the contacts and their quality.
These are my first lenses and I was confused with my order. Have to say that the customer service was excellent. They helped me to figure out what I need and cancel my first order, all was performed promptly and in polite manner.
After I had made a mistake and ordered 2 boxes Biofinity contacts of each eye, I called Lens.com and they were very helpful. They cancelled the order and placed another order for only one box for each eye. I then got the refund within 2-3 days. I couldn't be more satisfied with how Lens.com helped to solve my issue in a timely fashion.
The ordering process went very smoothly and quickly. I like that they use your prescription which they keep on file, or that they will contact your doctor on your behalf. That speeds up the ordering process. The customer service is excellent!
The first time I placed an order I accidentally placed an order different than my prescription and they called me and told me it was wrong and helped me cancel the order and created me the correct order. They were very patient and really cared that the prescription order was accurate to the "T". Very happen and definitely will refer to more customers.
Ordering was easy and fast to receive Only one complaint was with my last order at least two lens were not good,and i couldn't wear them. I thought they were dirty so when i cleaned them they ripped easy.
Delivery was faster than my eye doctor. Fit was the same as the ones I received from my eye doctor. Upload of RX was a little combersome because image didn't take which was a PDF format. I sent my RX through the email and that worked fine. Overall great experience as the quality of the lenses appears the same as my eye doctor. I wear RPG so quality is important to me. I was able to order my contacts and upload my prescription in a few clicks. The process was very easy and the delivery came promptly.
Also of note is that on a previous order I had uploaded the wrong prescription. The return process was also very easy and I received my refund promptly.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
