We were interrupting a customer service agent's dinner, she was chewing food and could care less what we were asking. The chat/msg on their website is no picnic in the park either, as if you don't respond quick enough w/ your 'info' they disconnect you. Be very careful of the return service in this company as well especially when shopping from their website. They have a penchant for being very hit and miss w/ their products and customer service. Purchase through flagship or department store if you can, true their website has many rare items not found anywhere else but, just be informed that either the customer service is stellar or a complete joke (it's a crap shoot) The product quality? They changed quite a bit, the durability and such has gone a bit downhill with their outsourcing of their manufacturing. It seems many a company are cheapening their 'fast fashion' methods and quality suffers. Some cute items but purchase on sale, preferably. Also: 10.00 for basic shipping that is slower than the glacier that hit the Titanic. Rip off. Almost a week and no product, random updates, spotty communication. Seriously, 10.00 for basic shipping that is slow, I wonder how fast the CEO was going when he hit his head on the pavement prior to making that decision. Do yourself a favor (again) shop through department stores or directly at a flagship/freestanding store.
