Why can I not select the styles as a default, for example, "straight fit"? This would reduce the number of measurements I need to make. I saw the styles, and knew which style I wanted, but there was no way to select the style I wanted; very frustrating. Why offer styles if they are not selectable?
I'm 5'5 and 215 pounds. So, it's impossible to find jeans off the rack that fit. The fit is absolutely perfect! The length is perfect, and the flexibility of the fabric makes them extremely comfortable. The initial period of getting just the right measurements took me a couple of tries, but after that I've been a very satisfied customer. Highly recommend.
I order a lot of clothes through you, and have been doing so for many years. Loyal customer here. Almost every time I order there is something out of stock (that didn't show on website is out of stock). That makes it more frustrating to deal with. Price competitiveness has come down over the years with lots of other options. No discounts for loyalty or inconvenience, that's not great. Over to you guys.
This company USED TO have Great custom jeans, cargo and pants 100%, however, now they dont get anything right! The measurements are wrong, the type of fabric you pick they are 9 times out of 10 out of that and then the entire order is delayed - the whole process is just garbage! My last order - I ordered 4 pairs of pants - 3 were measured with previous measurements when I was 20 lbs heavier. I ordered a specific kind of fabric and it took them 2 weeks to tell me they were out of stock of that fabric and to choose another - so of course that delayed the entire order 2 weeks plus another 2 weeks to start production. Now I am stuck with pants I have to spend more money on to get tailored - NO MORE with this company!
Great custom jeans, cargo and pants 100%, my only issue is, if you do NOT have the item in stock - dont list it as an option. The entire order is then backed up for weeks as you have to make another choice after customizing everything. Extremely annoying!
In the past, even going to a Tailor, it took a month for alterations to come back for the perfect pair of jeans. But being able to measure myself, then send those measurements and get jeans back in less than four weeks? Amazing! Thank you. I just ordered two more pair!
I have been buying denims and business pants from MYOJ since 2014. I have placed 8 orders ranging from 1 to 5 items per order. Once I had my measurements worked out the products are made according to it and fit very well. Fabric quality and durability is generally very good. I wear my denims almost daily until they fall apart.
Would not mind if MYOJ can modernise their website a bit.
I have bought numerous pants from MYOJ over the years and have been happy with the fit and quality of their products.
I'm a weird size, and struggle with finding pants that fit me. Getting the have them custom made isn't overly expensive, and they fit so well! I ordered some non-stretch jeans and 1% stretch jeans. I love that they withheld the second pair until I could confirm the order fits. No worries there. I'm ordering a pair of chino's today!
Jeans arrived quickly and fit /feel amazing. Truly the best way to get custom fit jeans, especially for long or short lengths. These are the only jeans I'll be buying going forward.
Do note, pre-washed with no shrink means just that. Order exactly the size you want the finished jean to be! No guesswork required.
Would prefer not to have to use PayPal.
I have a very difficult time finding pants for my very thin, very tall twin boys. This service has been a lifesaver for us. I only wish you could provide custom athletic ware.
I have always had a hard time finding off-the-rack jeans that fit. I've been buying these jeans for over 10 years and would never buy anywhere else. ALWAYS fit properly and come in the weight and colors I love. Thank you MYOJ - you are the BEST!
