Procedure for cancellation
February 14, 2025

It was difficult to find the protocol for cancelling the subscription. I was not able to contact a person on the phone that you gave a number for. I eventually contacted you by email and to your credit I received an answer within 24-hours. I gave my rationale for cancellation in my initial request, however, you asked me to again provide the reason for cancellation, and your request was put in bold type.

Not for me, but I'm sure it works for others

I came upon this dating app via FB and out of curiosity decided to test it out. After testing it out for a while, I decided it wasn't for me, but it doesn't mean that it can't work for others. I found it too basic and without enough guardrails to ensure you were talking to real people. The giveaway was the huge number of people supposedly looking in my neighborhood. I don't think there are even than many in total. I do want to recognize Katie on the customer support team who helped me cancel without any hassle. My interaction with her was quick, professional and satisfying.

Issue settled
March 27, 2025

I found that charges were added to my account when I had no intention of requesting anything but when I would try to exit pages I would be told that I had just signed up for something accruing a charge. I protested and in the end the charges were reversed.

Not quite sure, as the individual on the picture is actually the true individual. One moment you get a picture of someone. It just has that quality that it actually is supportive in the picture that they're saying, remember then you'll get other ones that look like they're movie pictures. And if they're models just not consistent

I have found the pricing to be transparent, the support team to be knowledgeable and empowered to answer and resolve subscription plan needs, and the ladies (I'm a male) to be more authentic than the one other site I tried.

Account error resolution

I had two accounts set up at the same time. I was advised that I could not have two accounts. I corrected the issue by selecting which of the two accounts I decided to keep and which I decided to toss out.

No Hassle Cancelation

Both Max Davis and Emma Harper were most helpful in dealing with my request to cancel my membership with MeetMyAge. I did not get any kind of run around with my request. I did receive a response from Max asking for a reason for my request along with an offer to stay with MeetMyAge. Which I declined.

After responding back Emma took care of my request without any issues. The experience with both Max and Emma was positive.

It's not the website. But I'm sure it's a part of it. L had one that we chatted for A MONTH. Thought felt knew there was something. Teased the $#*! out of me. I called her bluff. Finally broke and said. JUST H ERE TO CHAT AND BANTER. Huh Wtf. She scared me... good. MANY MANY like this as well. Talkers teasers not chatters flirter I see no difference than texting off a phone as your site. I see no reason why call cant be made. I do see possible bots here though truthfully you need to tighten up the system

Wasn't what i thought

As I started looking through the photos, I noticed that the ages were way out of what I chose, and there were also many gay men and my choices, which I don't understand that so I just decided that it was not for me. I was hoping I would get a full refund because I had only had it for a day.
