Ive used MMOOK since lineage 2 years ago and currently with Lost Ark. Never had any problems besides them getting an order together and it took a day. Which isn't really that big of a deal or a problem. If you have any IQ you know that all currency isn't stored on a single account so it takes time to get it together/to people sometimes. Especially if you're buying for a dead game. Recent source: Bought LA gold for servers Galatur (mutliple times), Azena twice and zosma once. Always have received the product I ordered.
Same as the people before listed above they are scammers they asked for 24 hours when in the chat on the game it said delivery within 5 to 15 minutes but on the website it says up to 24 hours and just like everyone else their supplier isn't online and please hold on so I contacted my credit card company find out that I can't do anything until the charges go through because they're still pending so I asked for a refund and guess what no, they did not exactly say no but you could tell that they were not going to give me a refund I'll just have to dispute the charges once they go through but please please don't get anything from these scammers! They copy paste about 6 lines of info all horse $#*!, they will promise 100billion in stock- then you order trusting the retailer of your Adena or w/e game you play. OOOOPS our supplier isnt available we will send you email when your order has been filled... I mean talk about crooks, go to sellersandfriends.com way better fast reliable sometimes a bank card wont go through but I find them to be quick and pleasant without being liars and crooks. By the way I give one star only because I have to not because they deserve it at all...
Never buy there, they are a scammers. You pay and never get the purchase. CAREFULLY WITH MMO OK = SCAMMERS!
Seller not send this digital product until 2day
The seller accepts payment from my paypal but they ask to pay again with another payment method and they don't refund my payment
I ordered and was told that the gold would be delivered shortly. The next day I tried their customer service they said sorry and that I would have it in the next hour. Next day still nothing contacted them again and was told they were sorry give them another day and I'd get it. Here we are almost a week and nothing so disputing the charge. Save yourself and don't do it.

I placed an order for virtual goods in a game. At first glance, it seemed like a professional service. Quick response. Then I waited, and waited. After 5 days (they market 4 hour delivery), I asked. With a vague answer, I then requested an estimate, to manage my own expectations. 3 days later they charged my card (via PayPal) and sent a receipt and insist they've sent me my order. Nothing received. Like many others, it appears they have scammed me. I am in process of a complaint, but am considering going straight through PayPal.
What I've learned: google the supplier first!

Posted i got scam for review month or years. I was lucky i was able to communicate in chinese and i got my refund back. Since they told me they will refund me. I am not exactly sure i got back my refund but i guess i got it back. This company operate in china. If you can't just use chinese google translation tell them its not write to cheat people or you make a report of them to police since they have a website. And yes ask them to refund you.
Just wanna let people know, i went on their chat about 200 times, copying the same request over and over again, after around 200 times they refund me.
If the same chat box open, just delete your web browser history in between and you will get a new chat everytime
NEVER buy from this website. I purchased 50 Euro of Silver in BDO and NEVER got it. Even though I contacted the support like 10 times. The only answer they gave me was "Our supplier is not online at the moment". And that was the answer for 1 week.
Do yourself and your money a favour and never consider buying anything here.
All the positive reviews here probably came from their staff. This site was so bad, I had to write two reviews. These people are the worst. There's no way i paid for an order on Sunday, and get my order on Thursday. And that's after hounding them for answers. The best response they have is, " The supplier is offline and have a nice day... If you insist to spend your money here, you deserve their service lol! Good luck with that.
I made my purchase I contact customer service half of the time I was talking to a robot I asked for my chips over six hours after I bought them I give up they keep telling me this supplier is not available so if you have customer service 365 days a year 24/7 life chat support by you don't have a supplier? Wtf they took over 24hr to give me my chips when I receive my cheeps they did not fully give me what I bought customer service say to me it's OK like that you need to understand that we are not charging taxes so because I do not pay taxes I'm not supposed to get my full amount of Chips I buy I keep asking to speak to a manager because I pay full price for what are you guys ask it took over 24 hours and I did not get my full amount They tell me I don't need to speak to a manager no need so if somebody is reading this I have a phone number from this company I would love to have it because I want my money back thank you!
They keep asking for information until they can hack you and then they maybe deliver or not. They stole my money and im trying to get a refund through my payment company.
I MADE AN ORDER ON LINEAGE FOR ADENA AND THEY NEVER GAVE THEM TO ME. PAYPAL IS ON THEIR SIDE SAYING TO ME THAT THEY SAW ALL THE EVIDENCE AND HE KEEPS THE MONEY. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THERE IM TRYING TO PROTECT YOU!
I have ordered L2 adenas too, but they still say they dont accept paypal, but they accepted my money, and they dont want to refund my money back.
