I have already said it before and I will continue to said it. Monster Export are scammers of international repute. Their website is full of lies. They use Google number instead of telecommunications number to evade tracking. The so called car clearing agents they pretend to have are their contemporary colleagues that helps them in carrying out their fraud and financial crimes. Please I urge people not to do business with them. They fraudsters. If Monster Exports think I spoil their name, let them take me to court for defamation of character and let see who will win
I recently had the momentous pleasure of being able to work with John when consigning my car for sale. I had read all the other reviewers posts and every superlative that is used for him is true. Honest, diligent and genuine are but a few of the great things I can say about him, but ultimately Isabel already recommended him to 3 friends. If you need help with buying or selling a car, do yourself a favor work with joy he is spectacular.

It is about time you guys at Monster Export come out to address issues relating to complaints of persons who have complained of paying your company monies without you keeping your side of the deal by shipping any vehicles you have advertised and agreed to have sold online having received full payments.

I had been getting their emails for a long time and I was interested by the prices. Then I read some review and was very nervous to send money in fear of not getting my car. After speaking with Joy on whatsapp she told me to go ahead and not to worry. So I started with small corolla. I wired the money and then got a dock receipt within 2 weeks, after that I didnt hear from them for a while so I got again scared, but then got my BOL in an email one day and then I eventually got the car... it had a few more dents than appeared in the pictures but overall I was very happy. I sold the car immediately and am working on a container of 4 more cars...

It's my first time to buy a vehicle from Monster Export last week. I was sick of bidding so I wanted to try Buy Now only. I've known about them for a long time. I don't remember how I learned about them but I knew about them and the one in London too. I'm from around there so it's just a local business there. I chose them because I could pay cash and it was cheap. Overall, it was a good customer service experience.
Owner sold me a truck yesterday and I am here picking it up, he is such a nice guy! The truck had a few little issues but owner took care of them without being asked. I am super impressed of the inventory that is here and the quality service that I have received from owner, I will certainly return for my next truck purchase! Thank u!

These guys are the most calculated when it comes to vehicle fraud they only communicate to you when you're about to buy a vehicle which they don't even have title of and make you feel everything is perfect. But once money is paid they will send you an Email and never respond to you again they are working under the guies of a cooperate body but they're 4 companies with the following websites

Due to the budget issue, I recently bought a used car from Monster Exports. The condition of car is totally new. I rarely believe anyone but here monster exports fulfilled all my needs at a price point which I couldn't get from others. It is awesome and I'll get in touch with Monster exports for future purchases.
Monster exports are scammers, how can I recover my money from them, I paid to them $******* for 5 cars, they never ship anyone, since 2 months now, please I need to get back my money. They seems real, but they are criminals and fraudsters and scammers
It takes at times longer to deliver cars. Its not up to us when ACL loads and discharges cars. Since the terrible review all the cars have been cleared...
They are scam and duped me of my hard earned money. I made part payment for a Sienna, they promised to shipped after port clearing, I kept on following up not until I checked online and realise that the vehicle I paid for was posted online again for another customer to pay for. I informed them about this and they said it was a mistake. Later when I start to follow up again, they said I'm giving them too much stress that they will refund that I should send my account details, I sent this but I got no refund and I was later blocked from reaching them via WhatsApp. They should pay money back.
Fully refunded entire amount. Minus fractional bank fees.
