One of the most affordable and best primers I've used. Has a smooth finish after drying to give you a great start for applying make up. Really helps keep my make up looking good all day with minimal touch ups.
I've only used a couple of their products but have liked them all so far. My absolute favorite product is their Hydro Boost eye gel-cream with Hyaluronic Acid. That stuff is really great at putting the moisture back into the skin, the skin around my eyes really soakes it up every night when I put it on.
I've used this product for super dry skin over 25 years with absolute satisfactory even when the scented lotion was discontinued. I was forced to purchase unscented because the formula remained the same. Neutrogena is now just an ordinary lotion on the shelves.

This Neutrogena primer claims to control oily skin because it's made of rice. I have very oily skin and I know of benefits of rice for this skin type, so I bought it. Unfortunately it didn't help to prolong my makeup. Also doesn't provide covering for enlarged pores and wrinkles. It has a grainy texture. The only thing I like was the fragrance.
Today has been a week that my face has not gotten better I use the Neutrogena wipes and it burn my face so bad! This has been so traumatizing I would never use those stupid wipes ever again

Their hand cream for dry skin is very good. When the weather is very cold or I go somewhere to ski, I always take such a cream.
