Ordering Process
December 1, 2025

When ordering several pieces directly from NewAge on Black Friday I found the sales person to be condescending and rude. Not a very pleasant buying experience. The next day I received 19 order confirmations with all the same info. Throught I purchased from scam site. Called customer service to confirm my order only to learn the expected deliver date will not be met. Ugh.

Platinum stainless steel 5 burner infrared LPG grill. I purchased this product 2 years ago. For this price point I expected not only great quality but also excellent costumer service. Well was I mistaken? I got neither. The burners have disintegrated. The metal brackets that hold the stone brickets have all rusted away as well. Mind you my BBQ is under a roof. Well covered in my outdoor kitchen along with my smoker(different brand) ice maker, fridge and side burners. And the BBQ is the only appliance that has rusted away miserable. I'm not near the ocean. I keep my BBQ clean as expected. Etc. And to make waters worse the costumer services tells me they can't honor the warranty that's supposed to be 10 years because they don't have the parts nor do they know when they'll have it. Please do yourself a favor. Stay away from this company and its products. This is unacceptable the way they treat their costumers. Do not buy. I've had to cancel gatherings at my place due to their incompetence. Father's Day the same. And with the summer here there's no hope of being able to use my kitchen as I intended when I designed it and built it mostly with their equipment.

I needed some small replacement plastic end caps for the handles because a fire in my garage cause some minor damage to my NewAge Pro 3.0 cabinets. Anuradha was absolutely the most awesome and professional person. She was super polite and got me the parts I needed fast! Michael in Oklahoma

I bought my NewAge outdoor kitchen at Costco. Even though they tell you that they offer a 20% discount when buying at Costco, it's a total lie because the 20% off is vs the individual unit price. If you buy the entire kitchen directly from NewAge, the cost is lower than buying at Costco. They also don't tell you that they won't offer you any support if you buy their products at Costco. I later called to get the product installed professionally by NewAge and they told me that they won't instal anything that isn't purchased directly from them. How does that make any sense? I just spend thousands of dollars on their products but they won't support me at all because I bought the products from Costco?! NewAge did a roadshow at Costco, which means they made an agreement with Costco to allow them to temporarily sell in their stores. Then their sales people are misleading about the price and don't bother to mention that they won't bother to help you after purchase. Ridiculous! I would never recommend this company to anyone and I'm really disappointed that Costco would allow such a company to sell at their stores.

Paid for delivery and installation. The delivery guy never unboxed so they had to send someone to finally do it. The installation has yet to be done after two weeks of sitting in my garage.
Do not use! Customer service is very poor.

No Follow Up

I sat through a demo of their products, reviewed the quote with their designer, made some changes to the design by adding additional cabinets, sent the changes to the designer and never heard back. I followed up with a phone call and someone told me they were "working on it".
At this point I would be leary of giving them any of my money.

SCAM ALERT
June 22, 2024

New Age is not only a complete scam, i don't thing there is really a company making these grills. You cannot buy any parts from them? I am left with speculating they are simply a jobber or something like that. There is no way to convert a brand new natural gas model to propane but they sell both. They claim the grill is manufactured as either natural or propane which is a outright lie. The only difference is the connection and orifices. Almost every other manufacter of grills have conversion kits which is the propane regulator and new ofifices. The grill i purchased( 13 MONTHS AGO) for over $5k is now a very large paper weight. The most distressing thing is I bought it from Costco which is being told what a scam New Age is. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM NEW AGE!

These are far from quality! These are so poorly made, you need 2 people to install shelves, one to push the bowed walls in while the other slides teh shelf in. The cabinet doors don't shut evenly, you need to use your feet and hands to close the cabinet doors. The cabinets are made poorly and def not a quality cabinet if you want quality. I am in the process for the past 3 weeks trying to return my set.

A family member purchased outdoor kitchen cabinets which is what led me to look into New Age for my garage. At first, I was hesitant about pulling the trigger because of the price, but Direct Sales Specialist, Piyush Banerjee, called and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. So good in fact, that I thought I was being scammed. He reassured me when the order was place by staying on the phone with me. The New Age team kept informed via email on the order status, and to my surprise I received the entire order just three business days later. I ordered the 9 piece Pro series garage cabinets along with the sink. The only issue I had with this whole transaction was the delivery arrived four hours before the scheduled delivery window, but they waited for me to arrive from work. I would definitely recommend the New Age product for your garage or outdoor kitchen needs.

The company will not let you post negative reviews, have cost us thousands of dollars in delays! Customer service will not respond, ordered white glove service they delivered as standard delivery still waiting for them to set it up or refund white glove service. They mess up and instead of making things right they continue to cost us money. Not even sure about quality but based on service I'm going to assume missing parts as it does look like as it hasn't been unpacked and still in boxes in front of garage going on 2 weeks.

I ordered 2 cabinet unit's that showed the lower base cabinet having rollers. When I received the unit they did not have rollers. I called customer service and they emailed me a response that confirmed that yes the video shows rollers are included but the description does not. Newage misrepresents their products.
