It took him several days to email a confirmation of the order, after which they sat on the order for three more weeks. Your order won't go into production until your CC is build I was told after calling to check on ETA. So it gives them a very unique ability to tell you that your delivery will be 3-4 weeks but in reality could be 2-3-4 months. Make them write a delivery time on the order confirmation and add a nonperformance clause If you are ordering from theses people because its made in America, you are making a big mistake because it is not the quality or service you would expect from an American company. Surprisingly enough, any correspondence with this company is handled with gmail. It makes me believe this company is nothing but a front.
