I took a commercial money back plan (worth approx Rs. 7000) to find a property as per which if No Broker is not able to find the property, after 45 days if I am able to find a property, they will refund the money if I give the rent agreement. However, just after 12 days of buying the plan, the RM messaged me saying that due to limited availability of the required property, my plan is automatically getting changed to a Freedom plan (worth Rs.1000 only). I was totally surprised and when I called the customer care I was informed that the plan has been changed and if I want to take refund, I need to submit rent agreement. This was within 12 days of taking the plan when the 45 days period had not even elapsed. It's important to note that all the accesses that I had in the original plan and the changed new plan are also not accessible to me. So basically, after paying Rs. 7000, I didn't have access to any services of No Broker and my money was totally wasted. I have raised multiple complaints and the only solution that has been offered is that the refund can be granted only after submission of rent agreement.
This is a scam that NoBroker.com has been running while duping people of their money and hiring incompetent staff who don't know what the terms and conditions of the plans are.
I have used No Broker multiple times but with this, you've not only lost a customer but I will also spread the word with friends and family.

They claim to help homeowners find tenants quickly, but in reality, they push unrealistic price reductions to favor tenants while putting property owners at a major disadvantage. Their so-called "assistance" is just a ploy to devalue your property so they can promote their tenant-to-owner schemes at shockingly low costs. It's nothing short of a scam!
The worst part? Once you sign up, they won't stop calling—morning, noon, and night! Even if you explicitly tell them you are not interested, they pester you endlessly with new offers and upsells. They trick homeowners into paying for premium services that lead nowhere, making their business model highly questionable.
NoBroker.in is slowly turning into a real estate scam in disguise, exploiting both property owners and tenants for their own profit. If you value your peace of mind and your property's worth, DO NOT use NoBroker.in.
I had a highly disappointing experience with NoBroker while trying to sell my apartment. Initially, I subscribed to their plan and planned to cancel after 90 days due to a lack of results. However, their representative convinced me to extend the plan with false promises of increased leads, more site visits, and a new Relationship Manager (RM) to assist me.
Unfortunately, in the extended 90 days:
The assigned RM never directly communicated with me.
I had only one site visit, with multiple last-minute cancellations.
There was zero proactive effort from NoBroker to facilitate the sale.
When I canceled the plan, I was refunded only INR 4,780 instead of INR 14,780, despite their failure to deliver on their commitments. Repeated attempts to get my rightful refund have been ignored.
To make matters worse, customer support is practically non-existent—emails requesting a refund bounce back with an automated response stating:
"Dear Customer, Your request is not registered as this is a no-reply address. If you need assistance, please check our FAQs or raise a complaint at [link]. We are here to assist you and will ensure your concerns are addressed promptly."
Yet, no real assistance is ever provided!
I urge others to be cautious before trusting NoBroker's services. Their misleading sales tactics, lack of accountability, and non-responsive customer support make it a frustrating experience for genuine property sellers. NoBroker needs to take responsibility instead of making empty promises!

I took Tenant Relax plan from nobroker, onboarding was easy. Multiple properties options were provided. I got a good rental apartment as per my requirement. My RM Pooja Aralikatti was very helpful and supportive in the process.
Nobroker is not advisable, don't waste your money. They will show everything in the app. But you will not be able to sell your property, i can go on write but it your decision to waste your money Jickson who will call to get the money, after there is one relationship manager Muralidharan useless person. We have to teach him everything.
Non-fulfillment of Packers & Movers Service by NoBroker
On 18 March, I booked NoBroker's Packers and Movers service to shift my goods on 29th March. I paid ₹1,000 in advance and the remaining ₹9,500 after the service confirmation. After the booking, NoBroker sent me messages to update the preferred date/timing and allocated me a 7:00 PM evening slot for 30th March, which we both accepted and confirmed.
I received a relocation confirmation email 24 hours before the scheduled time, which included vendor details:

However, when I contacted the vendor, he told me that NoBroker had forced the booking on him, and he refused to shift my goods, stating he had no time.
I immediately contacted NoBroker customer support, but instead of resolving the issue, they kept asking me to wait until 9:00 PM, which is when their support ends. The next day, I followed up again, but the customer service team only responded with generic template messages and provided no solution.
After multiple attempts, I finally received a callback hours later. The agent told me to wait until the next month for shifting, which was completely unacceptable. I had pre-booked the service because it was the month-end, and I knew availability would be an issue. I even requested NoBroker to arrange any tempo service just to fulfill their commitment, but they refused.
I had already vacated the room (as new tenants were moving in the next morning). My goods were fully packed and kept at ground level, and I had nowhere to stay.
Due to their failure, I was forced to take these additional steps:
1. Paid ₹2,500 to a guard for 2 days to watch over my belongings.
2. Paid ₹5,000 to the landlord to store my goods temporarily in the basement.
3. After 2 days, in urgency I had to personally manage alternate movers(due to high demand on same day), which cost me ₹20,000 (i. E., ₹9,500 more than NoBroker's original quote).
