The box includes a selection of Japanese and Korean skincare as well as makeup products. It's really cute and innovative, worth the price.

I have been subscribed to the nomakenolife subscription box since 2019 and hadn't had any problems at first. The items seem somewhat cheap but the novelty of it all somewhat made up for it.

Once COVID hit my boxes stopped arriving ($191 worth) and I contacted them about a refund but was refused and told they would arrive as soon as the borders opened up. Fast forward to over a year later I am told they are never coming and will not be getting a refund, instead I was give a few days to choose between coupons or store credit.

I contacted them and asked for a refund and they told me i missed their 180 day refund period. When I explained that I had in fact asked for a refund earlier they just brushed me off.

After going back and forth for a month trying to get a refund because I was not made aware of their 180 day refund period, change of policies or the fact that there was a chance my boxes wouldn't arrive I gave up and accepted their offer of less boxes but a few small random freebies…

Now they are telling me that they have changed things again and they will not fulfil the new agreement unless I pay more money.

Please be careful, they will take your money and give you nothing but extra fees.

I fell in love with the Japanese make-up products after a trip there and have been searching for a way to get them in my country. The quality, quantity and price are verry correct in my opinion. I like the mix between make up and beauty products.
The products you recieve have great variation and I look forward to every box with a lot of anticipation.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because you can't choose which color you get so some things arn't suited for my skintone. That said there are ways to make things work and they make a nice gift to friend/family so I can't say I have lost anything by ordering these boxes! On the contrary I gain happy moments each month:-)

The theme for May box was "Tokyo Glow" and featured beauty items that make your skin glow and shine <3
My favorite was Gloderm Night Eye Mask with glitter particles <3 Delivery was fast, as always.

It arrived earlier than expected, brings quite nice things, with each box I'm having more variety in makeup and face products that I didn't know, I'm anxious for the next box, I already have 2 and I love them.

This is the first time I order. I'm really impressed! Everything is so adorable and shiny I really love it!

Love this box, have had it for 3 months 1 box with a pokemon theme, one with sakura and the last with a food theme. All contain a nice mix of makeup, beauty and bath products. The shipping is soo fast and doesn't get stuck on importing to the UK

I just got my first box ~ the Sakura Beauty Spa Vol. 50 March 2021 box ~ and I could not be more happy! The box is $35 usd per month, and the website makes it super easy to edit your subscription. The final charge for me was $47.49 usd - I live in Canada, so it's a bit more with the currency conversion, but I would order again. Their theme this month was Sakura bath / spa time! I love and will use everything in this box - you can also give the items as gifts if you have no use for them. The packaging is all so beautiful, and the colors are very sweet and soft. I think it would make a fantastic gift for a teen or youth getting into makeup or for anyone who loves beauty products. I also WON one of their contests for a free box, so I'm super excited about that! Each month, the box has a theme - check the website / social media to find out the theme for the month you're subscribing. They also offer a ton of promotions - it seems there is a code for free product(s) every month - I received a bonus product in my box because I used a promotional code. They have picture contests and other ways to win entire subscriptions. Give them a try! (:

Took a years payment with no warning. Refused request for refund even though no boxes had been sent. Now want me to pay for postage every month as well that's almost half the cost of the box. Only option they gave was paying the extra postage for the box I don't want or they keep my money and give me nothing. STEER CLEAR!

I was not expecting to enjoy this box that much.
It's given me the push I needed to get back on track.

My very first box and it's super cute like cuteness overload! You can't go wrong with cute stuff!
