Do you not purchase from this company, they are fraudulent. I never received my order and they refuse to issue me a refund. You will never receive the product, and they will only steal your money!

It was ordered without justification and debited. The complaint was taken by the service and processing announced. But I'm just being held up. And my money is blocked. This procedure has already been described in many reviews and should not remain without consequences. Take the time and rate the shops that take your money away from you. NutriEssential is not serious!

I recently purchased a health supplement from Nutriessential.com, and I must say that it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
The ordering process was smooth and secure, and I appreciated the various payment options available. Furthermore, the website's commitment to security and privacy gave me peace of mind during the checkout process.

Requested to cancel the order after it was returned a month later but was still re shipped 10 days later after a number of emails to them.

I ordered a NAC 600mg × 1 180 capsules on March 17 of 2023 order #*******. They confirmed my order and I was deducted a total of $85.83. A month later nothing happened. I emailed them (nutriessential) and Cynthia Shaw replied with an apology and said

I have arranged for the query to resolve with the shipping department and asked our management team to take care to proceed.
The previous bottles have been opened while checking by the customs, we have proceeded with the new bottle for you under the Nutritionist's name, Anne Naja so that it would be not held and will be delivered successfully to you.
We are looking forward to providing the tracking information shortly."

I then emailed again asking for a tracking and they gave me UA*******US and when I again email them back and asked which courier was it shipped from, Victoria Miller replied from USPS. Anyway, it was email back and forth because as you can see in the tracking it went through Africa and many places. It is fraudulent tracking which on Jun 5 it said it is delivered. Delivered to where you may say? It was delivered back to THEM in FLORIDA. What a scam! I asked for my refund but they are refusing to reply.

I saw other complains and they seem to work like that. They will be dealt with by the law if they will not refund me ASAP with an apology.

Excellent variety and quality products offered, quick delivery, free delivery within the US, strongly recommend.

Placed my order 3 months ago and have never received product! I have asked for a refund for my purchase 3 times now but keep getting excuses and new delivery dates and still no product or a refund for a $50 order! This is unacceptable! Do not buy from this company!

Ordered with Nutriessential.com on August 5th 2021, they did not provide shipment tracking number, so asked for it on August 6th, they respond on August 9th claiming they didn't have the product in stock and to wait for another 10 business days and not to bad review them. They never followed up after the 10 business days as promised. Now, it has been almost a month since I placed my order, I emailed them multiple times to cancel my order and refund my money ($91.70) but no answer from them. They never answer their customer support line when you call, they ask to leave a message and that they would respond within 24 hours, I have left multiple voicemails with them to no avail. Buyer beware!

Since i lost my trust from orher websites, but when i found nutriessential, i love there service & team so co-operative. I must say i'm happy because i recieved my order within 2 days. Thank you so much.!

This place is a fraud! Please refer to BBB, because I wish I had, prior to my purchase. I'm out of $90, due to items I ordered, that they no longer have. I waited one month before contacting them, to find out they no longer have the items and they recommended a substitute. I did not want the substituted item and asked for a refund. Since then, 2 months ago, they refuse to refund my money. I have never experienced anything like this. Most companies, if they can't deliver, they refund. Please see attached emails and bbb reports. I hope this helps others. Please save your money, time and energy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
