These guys actually have humans that will answer the phone. I needed a drive delivered on a Saturday. I was concerned since it was late in the day. I called and was assured it would indeed go out. Great customer service!

The item we needed OEMPCWORLD had in stock, this was a plus, however the post office said they attempted to deliver and no one there to sign? The plant is open 24/7 and security onsite. I think there should have better options for shipping.

I went-in to buy a couple of MicroSD cards from them. I needed to use them the same day, so I called them and asked to prepare the order ASAP. They were willing to accommodate my request and made the order available for pick-up 1.5 hours after placing it. All that despite the fact that I made it clear that I'm not a prospective high-volume customer. Greatly appreciate the help!
