Once again Barry and his crew provided an excellent party experience for our girls softball league. With 150 girls ranging in age from 5-14 it is not always easy to keep them engaged but Barry kept them on the dance floor all night! The bounce houses were clean and well maintained and his staff was courteous and friendly. When planning the event he covered everything from weather conditions to electrical outlets so there were no surprises to deal with during the event. I have used Party Time Events for several organizations over the last 6 years and appreciate the fact that they will work with you and your budget but you always end up feeling like a VIP!

Two words to describe our experience with Barry and Party Time Events... PHE-NOMINAL!
From start to finish, consultation to execution... there was not a single hiccup. Barry and his team made my wife and I feel that the most important night to use, was the most important night to him.

Going above and beyond seems to be their M. O. From throwing in little accents to help the night be even more glamorous to showing up extra early to do several run-through's to make sure NOTHING would go wrong... all I can say is it was world class.

The music was incredible. The mixing was flawless. The intros were electrifying. Years later and our guests still talk about that night being the best wedding/event they've ever been to.

7 Years ago August 31, I got Married. That night was the best night anyone could have. Party Time made it so amazing from the minute we were introduced that we had to keep extending our wedding. I have never seen a wedding that was non stop dancing! No One wanted to leave! My Family and friends kept asking me to continue the party. We ended up extending 3 additional hours that very same night. Everything was amazing. From the planning, to my DJ/MC, to my amazing video and of course my album. These memory feel like it was yesterday and everyone at the wedding still talk about how awesome it was. Thanks to Barry and Joanne for a memorable evening and thanks for the surprise name and date on the dance floor. What's best of all is every Bride wants a perfect wedding and this was more than Perfect! Thanks again for the unforgettable memories!

We had Party Time Events at our wedding in Rhode Island at The Renaissance Hotel. They are extremely professional, personable and so much fun to work with. Numerous times prior to our wedding they proved to be completely prepared so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The wedding was rather large (350 Guests) but they somehow seemed to very easily get everyone on the dance floor and keep them there all night long. Our guests have given us nothing but praises on our entertainment choice and several of them have called us for their contact information stating it was the best event they've ever been to. Even the venue commented on how great the entertainment company was. Party time gave us the party of our lives and we will forever be grateful for that magical night! We Highly recommend Party Time for all your entertainment needs!

Party Time is a great option to have at any event! This was our third time using their entertainment service and party rentals for our Company Party. They're always very attentive to our needs and very accommodating! They kept our guests entertained and dancing the entire night. The DJ's and music they played we're fantastic. The lighting we added made a huge impact on beautifying the venue and the music videos and multimedia screen also contributed visually to the excitement of the event.

They had a great presentation. I would definitely recommend Party Time to anyone! Absolutely outstanding!

Party Time Events Group was hired for our company annual year-end party and they helped make it a great success! They were professional, punctual and extremely personable, looked the part and took the time to go over our event itinerary and then delivered customized music to our award winners!

Regarding the after party, their selection of music was perfect for our group and couldn't have been better. Their professional lighting and a/v (music videos) helped add mystere, energy and excitement to the event. Our guests also couldn't seem to get enough of the Photo Booth either. We will definitely be using Party Time Events Group again!

I just wanted to say thank you so so much for all that you did for Katies Sweet 16 black light party. It truly surpassed any expectations that I had. You went above and beyond to make her feel special. We loved that everyone had such a good time and the dance floor stayed full the entire night. I got so many compliments on what a good dj and mc we had and our guests could not believe the details you added to the room. I passed along your info to several people. The greatest compliment from so many of the adults "we thought because it was a sweet 16 it was going to be kind of boring but we haven't been to such a fun party as this one ever!". I really think the adults had a little more fun than the kids lol. Again many many thanks to you for everything. Katie and I as well as our friends and family will always remember this day!

I found Party Time Event on a google search and chose them based on the fact that their location was on the same street as the venue. Barry sent me information on all kinds of things he does. I can say that I never expected what I received. Barry was amazing. He was able to get the kids and adults on the dance floor. I received calls days after saying what a great time they had and I have Party Time to thank. They were worth the money they charge and would use them again in a heartbeat.
