We had a really good experience overall. The only issues I can identify were we were denied any kind of discount despite specials being ran at the time we bought our puppy, and our puppy arrived in the middle of the night. Otherwise, there were no issues and quite frankly a year from now the issues we did have will not matter. Our puppy arrived healthy, sweet and good natured and it was clear that the breeder took excellent care of her. I have young children and it was very important to me to have a puppy with a good disposition and we were very lucky in that our puppy has a great disposition and we were kept up-to-date the whole time with pictures and videos. Highly recommend Pawrade- :)

Amazing. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and new there job.
Always answered my calls and followed thru with my wishes. I definitely recommend them and there process. Don't worry like I did. She arrived on August 27th as planned with a site to see where the delivery drivers were.
Also kind and caring. She's almost 9 weeks old and is already potty trained inside. She knew day she arrived to go on paper. Amazing. She listens pretty good too.

When I first found the puppy on your site that captured my heart, I hesitated for a bit. Not an inexpensive purchase and unsure of the process. Once I reserved her, everything was clearly explained; from the verification process, the contract and delivery options. Everyone I spoke to on your staff was very kind and helpful. I had a couple questions for the breeder such as current food and pictures of my puppy's parents. Those were immediately handled. I am most impressed with the care and diligence in ensuring that I received a healthy animal and also my responsibilities as a new fur baby parent. The transportation team was wonderful and made the journey quickly for her ease and mine.

I had never used a service like Pawrade before (all of my previous dogs came directly from breeders) so I'll admit I was a little nervous at first. From the very beginning, though, Pawrade was extremely responsive, and their online portal is full of helpful, detailed information. The service was so thorough that at one point I even wondered if it was "too good to be true," so I did my research before making any payments. The team walked me through the process step by step, clearly explaining everything and providing invoices along the way, which really put me at ease. Even so, I was a bit anxious up until the end, wondering if my puppy would actually arrive. But the entire transportation and delivery experience was seamless. When my puppy arrived, she was in excellent health, and to my delight, she settled in immediately. It was as if she had always been home. No stress, no adjustment issues. Just pure joy. From start to finish, the whole process took about three weeks, from finding my puppy's page on the Pawrade website to the day she arrived at my doorstep. I am genuinely impressed and would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy and hoping to expand their options with confidence.

It is with sincere appreciation that I can thank the good people at Pawrade for making it possible for the wonderful new puppy in our home. Having one of my two dogs pass away unexpectedly, and at a relatively young age left our home with a great sense of loss and sadness. I hoped a new pup in the house would help us heal. I found the puppy I wanted on Pawrade's site, and the kind people there arranged for me to be able to speak directly with the breeder involved. That conversation gave me confidence to move forward with this life-changing decision. Our new puppy is happy, healthy and has brought joy into our home. We are grateful to everyone at Pawrade who helped make our dreams come true.

I heard about Pawrade from a woman I met who had the cutest puppy in her arms. She told me what a great experience she had, so I looked Pawrade up online. I fell in love with a gorgeous little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and just knew I had to bring her home. The process was easy and exciting, from the very first conversation with a Pawrade representative to the 5 AM delivery of my beautiful puppy by two young men driving what they called the "Puppy Party Bus" :) Carolina Joy had her first birthday yesterday, and she has brought nothing but joy into my life! At our last visit, our vet said she is a "perfect Cavalier." She is perfect! Healthy, smart, affectionate and beautiful! Thank you, Pawrade!

We love our new puppy! Pawrade was a bit cumbersome. I appreciated the encouraging help from Donna. However, I feel like every time I opened the posting board. I had a message from a different person. One regarding billing, one regarding travel, one regarding Pet insurance, I think I even had a message from a manager. It made it very difficult to get all the needed information from one person. I would've preferred having one representative help me with all aspects. One of the drawbacks of the Pawrade Puppy site is that there is no indication where that puppy comes from. We wanted to go and pick up our puppy in person. It was very expensive to go all the way to Indiana. If we had known where the puppies were from, it would've helped immensely to cut down the cost. An example of not getting information from one person was finding out the area where the Breeder was at the last possible minute. It was nerve-racking, making travel plans and not knowing exactly where we were headed until 5 o'clock the day before our plane took off. I know there is security concerns for the Breeder, but a city location should at least be provided. Also on the site, it should clearly state that the puppies are for family pets only. We were interested in getting a dog that could be bred. We found out after the fact of purchase that approval had to be given by the Breeder. Someone from Pawrade helped us figure that problem out, and we were told that the Breeder would be informed. When we arrived to pick up the dog, the Breeder was totally unaware of us purchasing breeding rights. We worked it all out, but it was very stressful not to have that provided information in advance. I do hope that my experience will enhance your business and make purchasing a puppy from Paul Reid a little less stressful.

I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable which made the adoption process smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated the regular updates and coordination provided, ensuring a positive experience. The transportation service was excellent. Upon arrival, my puppy was clean, well-adjusted and healthy. I appreciated their timely updates, arriving at the designated time, and ensuring my pet arrived safe and sound.
