I purchased a used custom 1993 Chevy Indy Pace Pickup that had a solid, tilt-up bed cover on it. However, I wanted to use the truck to haul my Triumph Bonneville motorcycle to various events and track days, so that bed cover solution was not practical. After doing some Internet research I settled on the Peragon cover. I was able to install it myself with the included instructions and helpful online videos. Its design allows me to have my bed covered and secured for most daily driving and uses, and yet able to be easily removed when I need to transport my motorcycle. It has held up well through Chicago winters and keeps things relatively dry underneath. I have recently decided to repaint the truck and have the auto body shop paint the Peragon cover to match. Peragon is helping me with that process as well.
Two local companies that specialize in trucks REFUSED to take my business when they were told it was a Peragon cover. Toyota ended up installing it. It worked well for the first year. After that, the plastic key-hole guard broke, and I could only open up (collapse) the cover from the passenger side. Then after a couple of months, I couldn't collapse the cover at all without the panels coming unhinged at one location.
Whenever i called, they said it was installed incorrectly and for me to redo it...?
I will never again purchase another product from this company, which is unfortunate because it looks really nice, and is American made. Oh well.
I was looking for a cover for my Chevy 2500HD High Country and I admit I was skeptical about this cover while I was researching and watching the videos. But I thought, why not give it a try. With the best return policy Ive ever seen,, how could I lose.
Turns out my skepticism was squashed when I received the 2 packages in near perfect condition, which equals careful, quality packaging.
I read the enclosed instructions and watched the install videos and started the process. Nothing could have been smoother and as easy. It took a few hours out of my Sunday afternoon and my truck bed was covered.
Ran into 1 minor issue and the support staff resolved it with one email and instructions.
I would recommend this company and their product to anyone looking for a great cover with phenomenal customer service. Best of all they are made in America!

I purchased a used 2015 F-150 with a peragon cover on it. The cover did not operate smoothly and I was about to throw it in the trash. My wife noticed the price online and how pleased owners seemed to be with them. I then gave their customer service a call and spoke with Jason. I explained my issues and he knew exactly what the problem was. He had me adjust the rails and ramps and after 5 minutes the cover was operating smoothly. Outstanding!
I received my bed cover and have it installed.
The installation process was easy to follow while watching the video.
I am very satisfied with the quality and functionality of the product.
Thank you for building a quality product made in the USA that is affordable.
My Peragon Truck Cover is outstanding. I recently needed a rear seal and Peragon Support helped me solve my problem in a perfessional and concerned manner. L was very pleased with the service they provided.
This tonneau cover is great. Better or equal quality and design to upper echelon covers on the market but at a much cheaped price point. Installation was easy and took about an hour to instal solo. Amazing step by step videos for installation. Will purchase again for any future trucks I own.
I bought this cover for 2017 f 150 after a year i am writing the review. It was easy to install and looks good.It started to leak after six months and i try to contact them. There is no reply from them. It is leaking between the joints. Nothing i can do with this other than use it. After they sell their product no customer service. I paid over 1000$ this one and now is the waste of money. Anyone need more information you can reach me *******@yahoo.com thanks fo the good looking bad product. I will post this one google and bbb
Hi Santhosh - Thank you for letting us know about the issues you're having with your Peragon cover. We don't have any record of contact from you, but we'd absolutely be happy to assist you. The leakage you are referencing could be due to a torn seal or a rail out of alignment, etc. Our cover is not waterproof and we are up-front about that on our website. However, if it increased at the six month mark, it should be something we can troubleshoot. Immediately after you posted this review, our Support team reached out to you via email and phone, leaving you a voice mail to contact us back. We take great pride in having overwhelming positive reviews in many locations online, so providing exceptional service to you is incredibly important to us. We always respond to every customer contact for help and we're happy to do the same for you!
I thought paying $700 for this cover, I'd at least get something decent. I thought wrong. It is noisy, it leaks water like crazy, it comes off it's track if you do not pull directly from the center, if an object in the back of your truck slides to the cab and is bigger than about 7" tall, you can't open it because it gets wedged so you have to crawl in the bed under the cover to unwedge it which is nearly impossible if you have other things in the bed also. Their return policy is 100 days... IF you keep the huge 8'x3x1' box and all of the other packaging... if not, they'll charge you $89 for another box. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone. There are much better covers out there for just a few bucks more. Yes I'm bitter... I feel ripped off.
Hi Josh -
I'm sorry that our product did not meet your expectations. Because our product is not perfect for everyone, we offer the most generous return policy in the truck accessory industry. We never want a customer to be "stuck" with a product they don't love. We do ask our customers to save their packaging until they are sure they are happy with their Peragon cover and that is clearly communicated in our return policy. The packaging is specialized to ensure safe shipping without damage. Attempting to return the cover in homemade packaging is never successful. If a customer throws the packaging away, we do ask them to pay for the cost of new packaging, which we even offered to discount for you to make this as easy as possible.
We'd love the opportunity to help you troubleshoot your installation to correct most of the issues you're experiencing. Our Support team has years of experience helping customers and they can help with adjustments that might seem small, but can make a big difference in operation. Our cover does retract into the bed, so the space required for that isn't something we can change, of course, but the other issues you mention can be solved.
Otherwise, if you're willing to purchase replacement packaging at the reduced cost we've offered, we'd then be happy to take your cover back and issue a full refund, no worries.

I have had this cover for 3 years on a 2011 F150,5.5' bed. I think it looks and works great. I lost one of the small rubber pieces that goes on the back earlier this year and Peragon sent me a replacement for free. Highly recommended.
Answer: Hello Steve! You can install a Peragon cover on your 2016 Nissan Frontier without removing the Utili-Track. However, not all Utili-Track accessories can be used when our cover is installed. Our Quick Clamp mounting option is not compatible with the Utili-Track, you'd have to use our standard drill-on mounting brackets.
Answer: Hi Denise! We don't use a traditional dealer network. Instead, we ship from our facility in Wisconsin directly to truck owners so we can deliver maximum value. We do have some customers who order from us and then take their Peragon cover to a local shop they trust to have the installation done.
Answer: Hello Bruce! We are located in northern Wisconsin, in the Central time zone.
Answer: Hello! The plastic ring cannot be replaced by itself, but we can provide you with a replacement bracket that includes the complete ball bearing roller. You can reach our team for assistance with that at 877-473-7246 or support@peragon.com.
Answer: Hi Brian - It all depends upon how well the liner fits against the wall of the truck bed. The looser the fit, the more likely some modifications will be required. Should that be the case, we will be happy to work with you to determine just what those modifications are at the time of installation.
Answer: Hi Ric - Each panel is completely isolated from the next with a rubber seal that prevents any metal-to-metal contact. We dislike rattles as much as you do! Our customers routinely tell us they can't hear any noise from their Peragon cover. It is possible under the right conditions of dirt / dust / moisture / vibration that you might hear a squeak, but it isn't normally an issue with our cover.
Answer: Hi Anthony - Thanks for checking and for your interest in a Peragon truck bed cover! We do not offer discounts, we deliver our best value to every customer every day.
Answer: Hi Clyde - Thank you for your interest! We sponsor and participate in a few truck forums. We don't provide discounts per se, but do have a bonus "thank you" offer for members of those forums because of their participation in that online community. If you'd like to join one, you could find information at: f150forum.com.
Answer: Hi David - Thank you for asking! We don't have a formal Father's Day discount, but I do see on your order that Rebecca took care of you. A Happy Father's Day to you and your Dad!
Answer: Hi Michael - If you mention your military status in your order comments online or by phone, our team will verify your status and give you the details on our military discount. Thank you for your service!
