I'd give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a pet pillow and was very excited to give as a Christmas gift. It came and the dog's ears were cut off in a ridiculous triangle. The dog is a Pomeranian-Papillon so important that the ears were not cut off. Also, one of the legs was cut off. The face was BLUE where it was supposed to be black. BLUE! Looks like they ran out of ink. I have been trying to resolve this issue for almost two months and they refuse to either re-do it or refund my money. AVOID this company! It's also in China even thought they look local. The pillow was STINKY when it arrived. Awful product and even worst customer service.

I purchased the "dog gate" on 06/06/2018, and it was delivered on 07/10/2018. So, it took over a month for delivery. I had to contact Pet Ninja on 06/19/2018, to even receive any sort of confirmation that they received my order. I asked for confirmation, and a tracking number. I eventually did receive the tracking number. When I got the gate, it is way too wide for literally any doorway. It comes with ZERO instructions. The hooks are cheap version of command strips. When I took them off the wall it completely ripped my paint off my wall. And it looks horrible. The whole thing is cheaply made, and not worth the $29.99 that I paid. I would seriously not buy anything from this company again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

I order one item on Sunday, that same night I emailed to cancel the order because it was not a good fit for my son's dog. On Monday I send a few more emails to please cancel the item, I got an email back that they will look into the cancel order, this was on the 1/6/19. I get an email 0n 1/7/19 that the item is shipping. These are ether the most stupid people on the planet or they are thieves, and from the previous reviews they are THIEVES!
