After paying 119 for a 0-1600 RBG carry was told to be online 10 min before the appointment time and to be ready to go in at least 261 gear, so there i was 30 min after the supposed start time and nothing. Contacted their site and they said their guys had been having connection issues... except they had their guy send me a bnet request and i'd been watching him go in and out of BGs for the last 3 hours. Not sure where the professionalism or the great reviews are coming from unless they bought their own boost for ratings. Also because when I did my purchase they didn't send me the confirmation order i had no Order ID so could request a refund... guess i have to dispute it with my bank.
Not worth it. If you just want to "complete" the raid, sure, spend your money. But if you have any hopes of loot, forget it. There are 10-12 other people paying for the same raid, all rolling for the same loot. Nothing is guaranteed and RNG can totally screw you over. Save your money, find a guild that runs/clears the raid.
I normally had no problem with them whatsoever. Yet today on Feb 16th, 2023 after placing a run at 5:30 i was not invited, they couldn't find my information and said We'll put ya at 6:30 *sorrynotsorry* and then when I say you guys should offer some kinda discount for this unprofessional screw up, they say "Well we would but you already applied a discount. I admit it took me a moment and then immediately said "How do you know i applied a discount?" surprise of surprises they JUST found my information. Also they invited a completely different person to the raid who wanst me, go figure. 6:30 rolls around and still no invite so I state my complaint. I finally get an invite and LOOOO, bosses are dead. So now I'm waiting until 8:30. And the worst part...their idea of apologizing was the screenshot below. I am appalled and they refuse to connect me to anyone else for help. Is there anyone I can contact for this appalling disgusting behavior? Whats worse is I dont have a screenshot because they did NOT send me a receipt to my email but I do have a bank withdrawl from them. What Can I do to make sure they dont do this to anyone else? Below is PROOF including the fact they aknowledge I paid.
