Very painless, I believe I was like others that did not know of the $20 per month enrollment when searching records for a one time address. I was given a full refund after asking, so I can't really complain - except it should be clearer about the enrollment. Heck, there is even a YouTube video on the issue!
I was not aware I was being charged $10 monthly fee for the last eight months and I should have know better. I only used one and paid $1 but I did not see the small print. I recommend that this clause made clearer. However, when I called the phone number shown on my credit bill a friendly live person, Christie answered and immediately refunded me the $80. I was very pleased and I was impressed with very fast action.

Today I noticed a $20 charge in my bank which I guess was for the ability to check out multiple locations, which I did not want or need. Your customer support team responded within minutes! Such excellent service. Keep up the good work
I thought I was buying a one time report and ended up getting a $20 per month recurring charge. Could have been my error but not sure. They cancelled as soon as I discovered it. Information was good though.
I requested records on a property and paid the $1 fee but than was charged $20 for a package discount I didn't need. Support said I may have accidentally subscribed but I didn't see any information about any plans when I checked out. You might need to make it clear enough to further customers upon checking out. I would have rated a 5 star except for the unexpected charges as the report I received was through and precise.
I was given the impression I was paying for one search. However, my credit card was charged monthly at the rate of $20 per month. Not at all happy with that. I've signed onto the website to cancel an account I didn't realize I'd signed up for, and the 'chat bot' says my account is now closed and there will be no further charges. Would have been good to have a refund. Will check back in a month to ensure it has indeed been cancelled. Also, the information I was looking up was pretty basic. Unlikely to use such a service again.

I contacted the online chat agent related to the $20 monthly billing on my card. I do not ever recall ordering the service and certainly not for $20 per month. The online agent did a great job and with no questions asked, refunded the past 4 months of charges. Best customer service call I have had in a long time.
Property Recs gave me comprehensive information about my house in a number of useful formats, and when i accidentally signed on for a larger amount of reports they were very quick and curteous in correcting my issue. Read the fine print, but you will get good information back.
