I'm just a regular consumer trying to buy some deodorant that doesn't stink to high heaven... and I sure wish I'd read the reviews here first. Tried to make an order on their "special sale" weekend. Entered my CC info multiple times and each time it rejected it at the final step with some sort of vague "processing issues" message. Could not get them to answer the phone. Agree with many others here that the company is badly run at best and a sc*mmer at worst.
SCAMMERS! Do NOT buy the junk these LIARS will try and sell you. And don't give them an email address, they'll SPAM you for months afterwards! DON'T BE SUCKERED, AVOID THESE LYING SCAMMING SCUM!
Go check some actual medical-research based health websites, you'll soon realise that almost all the vitamins and "nutrient" you pay top dollar for at the likes of these scammers are just urinated out as excess vitamins-THAT's SOME VERY EXPENSIVE pee!
DON'T BE SUCKERED, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
An order that should take 5 minutes takes over an hour because of multiple problems with their website!
So called customer service is more concerned with NOT accepting blame than they are in correcting the problem! Extremely immature!
Will be switching to another company!
I placed my order and paid for next day delivery and a week later and 3 phone calls with customer service still didn't have my order.
Ordered item, received email shipped continued to check for shipping update but continually states USPS waiting for item. Sent email after a few days no response. Then made phone call and USPS has not updated will resend item. Told them to just cancel order since they never sent in first place after telling them multiple times to do that they have yet to refund my money. This company are full of thieves and is a complete scam.
Hi everybody at Pure Formula, we would like to give you a great review. My husband and I have been using the Nano products for years now. We have received a lot of benefits by taking this product, and have used other companies to get these products. The review has to do with Sharma Miller. We called last Friday right before you were closing for the day and got Sharma on the phone. She said that she couldn't do the order now because it was late in the day, but to call back Tuesday because Pure Formula would still offer the Memorial Day sale. As we spoke to her we noticed that she had a very nice personality, which when you call places these days to place orders you end up with very few people with a nice personality on the phone. It turned out to be our destiny to get the products from Pure Formula. It was only Friday so when we got off the phone with her we thought, oh, it's a Memorial Day sale. We should be able to find a lot of deals on these products. So we had Sat, Sun, and Mon to call other businesses that sell the products. And, this is what we mean by this being our destiny because we called everybody and left messages. Places didn't call us back, they didn't have as good of a deal, and some didn't carry the nano product we wanted. It just seemed for some reason nobody else was going to work. Because, now it's Mon and it's Memorial Day and we searched the internet for everybody and we had no luck. So now it's Tuesday morning and we called Pure Formula, and got Sharma back on the phone. She remembered us from Friday and gave us a little better deal on the products we were getting. She is a very nice employee with a very nice personality. We were glad we called Fri and got her. We placed the order on Tuesday and got the items quick because we live in Jupiter. We wanted to give Sharma a good review basically because of her being nice. Do you realize the world can get fixed if you only got nice people on the phone whenever you needed something? These days it's very rare to get somebody like her on the phone. Thank you Sharma and Pure Formula. I would recommend a friend to use you.
I have ordered from Pure Formulas in the past and have been very happy with them and the products. But recently, I ordered 4 products and only received 3 of them. One was on backorder, but that did not show when I ordered my vitamins. After no response with an e-mail to them, I called and got a not-so-happy member of their "Customer Happiness Team". Sorry, but it took a little complaining to him about my missing product, for him to squeak out an apology. I resolved the issue by asking for a refund, thank goodness he could at least do that - I HOPE. Sad how they have dropped the ball on customer service.
Purchased 1/10 and under their products it says "if purchased today will ship tomorrow" well 1/17! And I never received tracking. Reached out to customer service and as told they'd send out another package. Guess what? They didn't give me tracking for that either. Will never purchase from them again. Might have to file a dispute via PayPal.
When I contacted this company because I did not receive the product, they basically told me too bad. "We have record of you receiving it". Well, why it is not in my hands? They could care less and I won't be buying anything from Pure Formulas ever again. Done with this company.
Package is sent with USPS without insurance - my package was sent 03/10/2022, since then it says arrived at Customs Facility in Germany on 08/10/2022. Customs in Germany and German DHL Post confirmed after a month that package can't be found and is not insured so they can't do anything. I've paid 16 Dollars for shipping and over 60 Dollars for the order. PureFormulas Customer Service said they can't do anything here, they can't refund nor send another replacement package - they just said that their policy states that the buyer takes all risk when ordering international. Meaning international buyers don't order here anything, if package is lost by post, your money is gone. I've lost 80 EUR like this. There was no insured delivery option to choose from (I've would have picked that one), it was not clear when ordering that I'm picking a delivery without insurance (tracking was provided, but useless). Also payment with PayPal didn't work (website error, maybe on purpose?). Now I'll report this to my bank and see what they can do here further. No help from PureFormulas, nor USPS, nor German Post.
They sold me a product with broken seal then told me if it is open we won't take it back and I will have to pay for it. And made me pay for the free gift that came with the order. Rip off... never ever again..
I ordered 2 bottles of 90 capsules and I received 2 bottles of 60 capsules. I contacted support and was told that the manufacturer had changed the bottles size. I explained that I paid for 180 capsules and that they were false advertising what you are purchasing. I asked if they could ship the additional 60 capsules (1 more new size bottle) to equal what I agreed to pay for with my purchase and I was to NO. The irony is that while you are on hold they are telling you how much they care out you as a customer.
I purchased something that I have been buying for my daughter for 2 years. I paid about $50. When it arrived, it was gummy, mushy, and different than any other company I have purchased vegan iron gummy vitamins from. My daughter cried and begged not to take it on day 2. I called and after explaining my situation, they sent out 2 more jars. We waited and were hopeful. Yet, we found ourselves in the same situation again. We still did not have the right product. I called the company and they wanted me to send back the product and waste my gas and time going to the post office. I have a job. I surely did not need to add a second one. I wish their customer service was far more understanding. I felt like I had to fight tooth and nail. What a waste of my time. I will never order from here again.
I love Pure Formulas for their quality vitamins (including Pure Encapsulations) and their decent prices. Not always the least expensive (Vitacost with a coupon can sometimes be less), but dependable and usually with very helpful reviews.
I am always surprised by how many other items they sell besides vitamins (food, hair- and skincare, etc.).
They also stack coupons.
Extremely poor customer service. Needed to return something and got no where with Jany Leon in customer service. It was the first time I ordered from there and the last
After ordering from them twice, once April when the weather was nice and cool, gel capsules arrived melted and stuck together. Thinking this was fluke I ordered the same product a few months later, and they arrived in the exact same condition. I submitted a complaint to customer service with no response.,
My only conclusion is that they store their products somewhere with no climate control. So even if they are selling quality products, they don't seem to be storing them properly and will arrive in a degraded condition no matter what.
I recived a jar of Olly Womens Multi Vitamins... they are gummies. I must add I bought them in Target and who knows they seemed fine. So now I ordered on- line... and received a jar filled with one mass of melted gummies. One large smelly lump. I called their customer service... I said I had found ANOTHER review about melted vitamins and clearly if with not just MY order this has occurred... they should not be shipped. She said well it is the summer and hot. Helloooooooo yes. SO DONT SHIP! Unbelievable response. I hope I get my money back.
Pure Formulas located at, ******* NW 102 Road, Suite 2, Miami, FL *******, has a most unprofessional and inefficient refund policy. I used them for the first time and happy with one product but had to return another because it didn't sit well with me. I was hoping to use them again but when I returned one product, I found there is at least a three-week turnaround for my refund. First they need to receive it even though they are given notification of shipping then they quarantine it for two weeks before they release the funds. I will not be doing business with them again. There are other vitamin companies with much better customer service.
I returned a product on June 22nd and it was received by Pureformulas on June 24th. Their website promises a refund in as little as two to four hours after they receive the product. It's a lie. I've now been waiting almost three weeks and still no refund. I've called multiple times and sent multiple emails. They've made all kinds of promises but still nothing. They may be good at sending product but don't expect a refund (at least not without a lot of effort) if you try to return it.
I've been buying some of my supplements from them for years. The only problem is sometimes the shipping takes long, but that could be because of covid and shortages of postal workers.
