Seagm only wants your money. When you request for a refund, the will hide behind their ToS but none of their ToS clauses say items are non-refundable. Despite having a refund policy, they will not honor it and work with you. Instead, they will ban your account and refuse to work with you for a refund request. Never doing business with them again, good riddance.

Seagm is great. So helpful and ready for business. Certain games no.specifically dragonboy online since the transfer to teamobi. Just down hill.

Seagm is the best place to go for the products you want to buy. They have one of the best customer care support in the whole world.

They will keep the money then hold the orders then ask for sensitive informations like passport copies, ID and several other documents. THen they will scam you people by not sending refund for the fees. This is their business strategy. I ordered Amazon gift card and people holded the orderes and then asked me for sensitive data on whicn I denied and asked for full refund as per their refund policy stated at https://www.seagm.com/page/index?view=termsofuse

They no where mentioned they will keep the fees and refund the rest.

This is a fake site guys, please don't use it. I brought valorant points using bitcoin and guess what my transaction never went through. I cancelled many times and tried again and it never works. When I reached out to the customer service team, they just told, "We have reported this issue, to tripleA" or something like that and nothing happened lol. Please don't use this site and go to some where else which is more genuine.

The customer support is just phenomenal, they respond very quickly, are informative and are very kind. So far I have experienced no issues when redeeming any of the cards that I have purchased from them. Once, I purchased several of the wrong gift cards totaling up to $350 and I immediately contacted their customer service who were quick to respond and issued me a refund. 10/10 would recommend their service. The only thing I hope to see in the future is an increased weekly limit as personally, I don't think it is enough for people who purchase large amounts of gift cards weekly such as me. Overall very good!

I would say a lot of thanks for the seagm team members to provide usefull facilities for the customers.
I am 100% satisfy for your service a major update i wish to be is that you should provide some discount or any other benefits for the user for their orders.
