These companies that work with SoftwareProjects which advertise FREE samples after you answer a Survey are just a bunch of SCAMMERS The use your credit card info to pay for postage for product and then sign you up for what they call "Subscriptions/Memberships for one amount was $39.99 some are much more. QuiteMind for Tininiusus is a big scam. Unless you check your billing each day you don't know they are charging you and then if your lucky it may take you 3 or more months to return your money.
TLG+Shopper is another one. Haven't received my refunds yet.
Some won't let you write a negative view They just don't accept it in the review column.
Thank you for listening and maybe trying to do something about these scammer businesses. They sure do get us Senior Citizens who are always looking for help or help for such as Ringing the Ears (QuiteMind) It sounded to good to be true and it was.

Tech life connect.com ripped me off $249.95 and $9.95 a month also $99.99 for a sheildav 1 yr service and, ptssoftpromo 199 service and then kept calling me to give computer service that caused a problem that I could not get fixed and had to buy a new computer.
I called software projects (the company that works with techlifeconnect.com and gives out refunds for them) to try to get refund. softwareprojects.com was only willing to give me the $9.95 a month back. Software projects. Com said they where sorry. Why is software projects doing business with a rip off company because software projects. Com also is a rip off company.

BUYER BEWARE. THIS SITE IS A RIP OFF/ SCAM. NO INTEGRITY. ITS A SCALPER/RAPER. IF YOU BROWSE TO PRICE THE NEURO I0Q PRODUCT, IT AUTOMATICALLY CAPTURES YOUR CREDIT CARD FROM AN EARLIER "FREE TRIAL" PRODUCT. IMMEDIATELY A FAKE ORDER IS ENTERED AND YOU ARE CHARGED $99. I CALLED AND CANCELLED IT INSTANTLY. CUST. SERVICE ACTED ATTENTIVE, BUT HAD NO POWER TO CANCEL THE ORDER. SAID "A SUPERVISOR WILL CALL YOU IN A DAY OR TWO." I CONFIRMED WITH A FOLLOW UP EMAIL TO CANCEL THIS FAKE ORDER, TOLD THEM THEY WERE NOT AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE THIS AND TO DELETE MY CREDIT CARD FROM THEIR DATABASE. THE NEXT DAY THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED SENT, NOT CANCELLED. ANOTHER CALL TO CUST. SERV. "THE ORDER IS ALREADY ON ITS WAY. NO, IT WAS NOT CANCELLED. YOU CAN REFUSE IT. IT WILL TAKE 6 WEEKS TO CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT..." I HAVE REPORTED THIS ABUSE TO CHASE AND ENTERED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY. I AM PURSUING MAKING ANOTHER CLAIM TO FACEBOOK ABOUT THIS MERCHANT, AS WELL AS FILED COMPLAINT WITH ATTORNEY GENERAL. IGNORE THEIR FALSE CLAIMS FOR A SUPPLEMENT TO HELP YOUR MEMORY, REMOVE BRAIN FOG, ETC. ITS ALL HYPE. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. DO NOT GIVE SOFTWARE PROJECTS YOUR CREDIT CARD. YOU WILL REGRET IT. JOIN ME IN PURSUING CLAIMS AGAINST THEIR DECEPTIVE TACTICS TO FLEECE CUSTOMERS AND CAPTURE YOUR IDENTITY WITH FAKE CHARGES THAT YOU MUST ACTIVELY PURSUE TO GET OFF YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE THE BILL PROCESSES TO YOU FOR PAYMENT. RECORD ALL YOUR CONVERSATIONS AND DOCUMENT ALL YOU DID TO EXPOSE AND STOP SOFTWARE PROJECTS. THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTEGRITY. MALICIOUS.
