I got two New Electric Chairs from your company. In one of these the batteries have already failed! To my surprise the New replacement batteries are just over $500.00! I am on a fixed income & with my problems I don't see any way for me to make extra money to cover this extra cost. Please at least apply a gift code to my order to help me out. I have been a good customer I think I deserve this much.

We rented one of units at Disney and it was such a great help for my wife that has a bad hip and knee, this made the trip very good. We go to several car shows per year so we decide to purchase two of these and carry with us

I would like to know what form of transportation that will be used a lot sooner. I can't receive lift gate service at my home. I have to make special arrangements.
