I joined around March or April, and it took me months to actually earn enough points to redeem a $10 stardoll gift card. Completing surveys was almost pointless since I never qualified, and watching videos for 5 points each was almost futile.

Once I actually earned 10,000 points, I had to wait almost a month just to get my card via e-mail. The website says it should only take a week to receive the order, but there are numerous users who claim their reward has been pending for months.

Honestly, it's not worth visiting the site anymore. It was at first, but now it's terrible.

I earned a whopping 10,000 SP and cashed out $10 worth - of which the admin makes about $20 (after paying out). This I understand, a site needs to profit!

HOWEVER it has been 14 days and my redeem is still showing "pending". When I cashed out I got a little countdown of how long it would take MAXIMUM to receive my reward. Well it has gone over that maximum and the countdown has disappeared and I receive the message shown in the screenshot.

Don't waste your time on this website, trust me. Just don't. You'll just waste your time.
I've worked do hard for my points and when I didn't even get my reward. Infact it's been 2 years and when you complain all they say is 'Be patient' Okay, i wouldn't mind if it was 3 months but no. 2 YEARS AND STILL WAITING. They closed their support tickets smh. Just save yourself and don't use this terrible website.

Ive been a member for almost a year finally in November I had enough poits to redeem. They were out of gift cards so I was put on waiting list March 12 I ordered and received my amazon card only to try and redeem it and find out the card isnt valid nor the link in the instructions on how to redeem. I had wanted 2 gift cards but was told i had to wait 7 days to order the other one. After waiting over 4 months and then its no good is bad enough but not to get a resonse back as to why is even worst. Then they announce that the cards have been stocked again. Why? Quite clearly they are fake they are just leading people on and infuriating them to the point of no return. I am now waiting on 2 gift cards. Why are they out of stock? Swagbucks never runs out. And they pay quickly sometimes the same day. Ive had it and nothing I can do about it.

Ive waited since August for a $10 Bitcoin credit. It took me a few days free time to earn it. I did and I did eveyrthing they asked and?... Still no Bitcoin. Every time I send a message via my support ticket, I get some B. S. back about its not up to me, its the Admin. Lmao! Someone obviously spent all the Bitcoin they were supposed to distribute to the users. If the Admin reads this, I hooe he makes it right. My username on Stuffpoints is Minnandy.

Yes the stuffpoint site started having problems around November 2013, the admin is currently swamped with sorting many malicious accounts, alternate accounts, improper fan clubs, and many other malicious things done on the site by malicious users. As a result the site has lost partners, lost the YouTube video feature, virool vids, and couple other things. The admin is currently sorting the mess and IS slowly working through payouts to HONESTLY earned rewards as well as rebuilding the site and acquiring new partners so us end users can get back to earning rewards like we was last year. So once again have a little patience and keep in mind that the mess is a result of MALICIOUS USERS and not really the site or admin themselves.
