Its now September 13,2023 and the product has yet to be delivered. I am being told its "international" shipping from Florida to BC Canada and that I could possibly be looking at up to 10 weeks for delivery.
Customer service has said that I have to wait the full 10 weeks before they will even look at doing anything!
I have ordered many times in the past and shipping was always quick.
I dont know that I will order from them again soley based on this.
I used Teefury in the past. I loved it when I had it. If things go well for you and you like the service, I wish you luck. I'm glad it went well for you. However, I ended my subscription and settled in for a lot of emails. I didn't move to take myself off the mailing list for a long time because I didn't mind seeing the deals, just in case. However, when the time came to get off the email list, the link to do so was broken. Nothing I could do or any browser used would let me cancel my email subscription. I sent them an email because they have no phone number or physical location. The email was COMPLETELY ignored. I don't even remember getting an automated response. Today in the morning (about two years after this request) I got tired of deleting them in bulk and emailed again. This time I received an automated response. It said I was a little early for their business hours and they would contact me soon. They have done nothing of the sort and I expect they never will. I am not sure how to remove myself from their mailing list, and whether this is just someone's oversight, or a deliberate evade, it's unreasonable.
I did not make this review. My email address was purchased on the dark web. Don't believe everything you read on the internet.
I have no complaints. I ordered a shirt late for my husband's birthday, and it came in a reasonable amount of time. Shirt is in great shape and the print on it is nice and bright. Thank you!
All their shirts are made with poor quality ink. After a couple washes, the ink flakes off and turns the shirt ugly and gross.
Shirts are better quality fabric. Was pleased with items.
Sales are final and you need to make sure the items fit... but the size chart is way off. I ordered two hoodies for my 6'1", 145 lb. son. According to the size chart, he was a medium. I ordered medium. They barely fit his 5'2", 100 lbs, tiny, little girlfriend. And of course they won't exchange them...
Buyer beware - the artwork is great, but nothing else about this site is good.
While I don't shop for design Tee's on a frequent basis, TeeFury remains one of my favorite companies to shop with. Consistent. Fun. Good quality.
Shirt was too small need a return. Hope its easy but dont know yet bc not sure where to look even. Not intuitive from my email confirmation.
I ordered colorful hair clip-ons through daisyever they arrived in reasonable timing and are very cute, I am only able to use the website to its full capacity using Google chrome when I usually prefer Fire Fox where filters don't work properly, but even on chrome sellers don't seem to categorize their products well to be found in search and filtered well... Otherwise the experience is great and I will defiantly shop there again, Thank you!

My shirt arrived damaged in transport, customer service was quick, requiring only a few photos, and a replacement was sent the next day. The shirt itself was fantastic, great colors, soft, and comfort fit. 100% recommended!
This is my third shirt. Keep up the good work. Wouldn't be opposed to a more modern softer and lighter shirt though
You browse your favorite design, narrow them down by closing tabs again, you order, you wait for the envelope to arrive in your mail. Simple.
After the negative experiences last year, I was rather doubtful whether I would ever order from TeeFury again, but after receiving a number of updates from them about being under new management, I decided to take a chance ordering a shirt after all.
This time the experience was a lot better. Shipping was a lot faster now - I received a tracking number the same day, after which it took two days before the shirt was indeed with USPS. The shirt arrived in the Netherlands 6 days later.
Lets hope the new management can keep this up!
Update - November 2nd - The disputes with Paypal brought results:
- Teefury themselves completely reimbursed me for the third order.
- A few days after I escalated the disputes, they suddenly sent a new tracking code for the second order and that order actually arrived and the shirt is actually quite good.
- Teefury kept giving the old tracking code for the first order, which only showed that they announced a package to UPS in June. In the end Paypal decided in my favour and moved the money for that one back from Teefury's account to mine.
All this does not change my opinion of Teefury as it is now - I would still strongly suggest to stay away from it. It does show though that going through Paypal's resolution center can make the situation a lot less bad.
Sounds like my experience is not unique... Have ordered from them before and was pleased with their products and service. So ordered two shirts again in June 2018, didn't receive anything as of August so followed up and was told they had resent the order. Followed up repeatedly until the order showed up in November (!) with one shirt the right pattern but too small (despite ordering the same size as my previous shirts) and one the wrong pattern. A week later a second shipment arrives - the other pattern I ordered there but again the shirt was too small, and another shirt included that wasn't even close to my order!
I followed up asking for the patterns I ordered to be delivered in the right size which led to three months of discussions on how I ordered a different style, and I guess should have known the fabric was different and had no stretch so would fit differently?! End result: i'm Tired of arguing with them and being blamed for their mistake so now have four shirts, none of which fit me and two that have a pattern I didnt order. And they refuse to refund my money. Won't be ordering anything from them again...
After 5months, got my order. Teefury had a bad time this year but things seems to be better now. The customer relation is great as before, I always got satisfaction(the first package got lost)
So yeah, long and uncertain time before seeing the tee, but all is good in the end.
I never experienced any delays with my order and I always was contacted by email giving me updates about my order. I do hope you're checking with other patrons for this site because I saw nothing but negative feedback on Teefury Instagram page about orders being sent months later. That's partly why I haven't order since last year.
A friend vouched for this site's quality, so I didn't hestitate to place my first order. Horrible mistake. 3-7 business day processing, that is still in process 2 weeks later. No updates. No way to check order status without an account. I originally misunderstood the processing time, and when I got a reply from customer service they said it takes 3-7 business days... on the 7th business day from my order. Currently on the Christmas wait-list for customer service again.
I used to buy the occasional shirt from TeeFury and was always happy with the results. Sizing was easy, the prints were good and the shirts were made of pretty decent quality material. Also, they almost always arrived within a month of ordering (shipping to Australia).
Well, something's gone horribly wrong this year, because I ordered a shirt in early July to be a gift for my partner's birthday, and it only just arrived today... This could be forgivable, as a few months back I received an email explaining that they were having some difficulties with a merger that had put a lot of orders on hold and that they'd be back on track soon (nevermind that this entire time they've been sending daily marketing emails).
Anyways, the shirt finally came and there has been a noticeable drop in quality. The material feels cheap, the fit was a bit off (despite being the same size as all the other shirts I've gotten from them that used to fit well), and the print looked faded already.
Soooo yeah, pretty disappointed in them, as they used to be really good. Won't be buying anything more from them again.
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.

Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
