Had problems with thresholds for discounts and free shipping. Made the purchase and then wrote to them. They got back to me right away and made everything right including a discount I wasn't expecting. I am impressed.
First I was $4 away from free shipping and discount. Total was $96. So I added another item for $34 and then I was still 2.50 away from free shipping. I can't spend hours dealing with this. Feels like a scam.

But with this most recent order, the towels were much lighter weight than expected and do not have the premium, heavyweight feel of 100% cotton towels I've purchased from The Company Store in the past. I should have returned them, but I washed them first and now I'm stuck with them.

Love the new comforters—we sleep European style. They fit perfectly into our existing Company Store duvets, so the comfort and the look are perfect! What I wish is that there would be a way to compare the offerings a little bit easier. We got a light warmth, twin size and so far we are comfortable in Minnesota winter sleeping. The cat does help!
Could clearly view my options and the reviews. The Black Friday Deal was awesome! I have duvets from your company and just updating the comforters. You are the ONLY-place that has twin comforters of the size of your duvets or anyone's else for that matter. Most are way too small inside and tend to swim around. Am excited to try this light weight one.

Answer: Legitimate company. My first time ordering, but I’ve found my sheets to be the best quality. Customer service resolved a shipping issue, immediately!
Answer: Not only that, but return labels are much cheaper than paying retail USPS charges. Never shopping there again.
