Purchased a $699.00 chair from thehumansolution website in 2011. Their website states the chair has a "Lifetime Warranty." The caster wheels have deteriorated, and they will not send me new castor wheels because they state this chair has a "Limited Lifetime Warranty." This is false because I have copies of their website warranty policy on this chair stating "Lifetime Warranty. I would not have purchased a $699.00 chair in 2011 if it had a "Limited Lifetime Warranty." After going back and forth, they offered me a $20 discount towards the $40 cost of caster wheels. What a cheap company, nothing but crooks – stay away from them – Thank you for reading this post.
Very impressed. Sara B. Was very attentive to my many questions by email over several days and answered them thoroughly. It's hard buying an office chair without sitting in it first, and she helped walk me through what models might be best and find comparison tools online. Their products are high quality, priced well, and bundled with helpful discounts.

This is my second uplift desk. This time I needed to go a bit bigger, so I got the 80x30 commercial V2. Daniel F. Handled my order and got me everything I needed quickly and seamlessly. The shipping arrived 3 days after ordering and was lightning fast.
I love these desks for a few reasons: 1. The assembly is very straight forward 2. The desk feels very sturdy and 3. There have been instances where I needed customer service from the company, and they delivered parts and items very quickly to address any issues.
As this is the second desk I've ordered from them, obviously I would recommend them to others!
As we all know, the pandemic has brought about a tremendous pressure on shipping around the world and small things can fall through the cracks. Doubly so during the holiday season. My original order took a bit longer than expected and so I reached out to Uplift's customer support to check on the status. Avalon Myst replied swiftly and professionally to help me track down my errant package. Turns out it was in fact lost somewhere along the way but she was able to get me a replacement out the door the very day after we discovered the issue.
No fuss, no muss, just a very pleasant interaction. I hope she and the rest of her team have a wonderful holiday season!
Bought a standing desk years ago and it randomly broke. Called Uplift Desk directly and spoke to someone (with terrible customer service skills) who told me this never happens, that I must not have bought an Uplift Desk and that I'm not under warranty. Dug around and discovered that I had originally purchased through The Human Solution. Kianna was AMAZING. Not only was she patient and professional but super responsive (and timely) with all my questions via phone and email. She worked with another team who requested images to investigate. In the end she was able to help me get my desktop replaced and made this aspect of the process incredibly easy. Would highly recommend THS and working with her in the future. True customer service still does exist in the world and I appreciate Kianna for demonstrating that. Thank you from a now lifetime loyal customer!

4 years ago I bought a blue office chair and I ended up not liking the color, so I contacted support and they exchanged it no questions asked. The next chair I ordered came damage during shipping, they overnighted a new one. 4 years later I needed a new seat cushion for the chair I bought them so I contacted customer service once again, and within a week I had a new seat mailed out to me free of charge! This company is awesome and it has been a great pleasure dealing with their customer service! 10 Stars!

Exceptional, fast, and fair customer service and issue resolution. Steven Bostic was assigned to my case and provided me with timely, accurate, and clear information regarding what my options were and what the next steps in the process where. Steve personally followed up every step of the way to ensure I had what I needed and that i was informed of the status of my request. Good customer service these days is extremely rare... and thanks to Steve I can say that Uplift is an outlier in that this is an experience i haven't had since the early days of Amazon (they've sold out as of late, and service suffers...).

Great in store service, Allison was amazing. We received our desks and chairs ahead of schedule, we have two Uplift desks and two Steelcase chairs. They are amazing. Highly recommend the folks at The Human Solution.
Product quality is great -- at the low end, it's wood of better quality than what you'd get at office-max, very easy to assemble, and ultimately looks very nice. The product quality might seem sub-par to the price-tag, though what you're paying for is the warranty.
A part didn't come in the first order -- they replaced it no questions asked. They also sent me a replacement mobile pedestal because mine did not lock. The replacement was free, there was zero hassle on the phone requesting it, and I had to do nothing extra to receive it except bring it into the house.
The uplift desk is very nice, as is the Raynor Ergo Elite Chair. I'm very comfortable and thankful.
I work from home and before I had this desk I sat all day for 8-10 hours a day. I knew I needed to get my fat butt up while at work and these guys make a great desk. Having put many bookcases, desks etc together, this was one of the first pieces that had everything very well organized and mapped out. It was a breeze to put together. The desk is smooth and virtually silent when going up and down. I would recommend the preset button control option. It is easy to flip flop from standing to sitting in seconds.
I finally have enough space to have my Mac and PC running at the same time and on the same desk! Love this desk!
I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with UPLIFT has been nothing but great, so I had to share. The two desks and one chair I have purchased are amazing. Craft table for the wifey is next. Any time I have had to work with support, my issue has been resolved with minimum effort on my part. For example, and to respond to other negative reviews; today I noticed one of the seams on my desk was splitting. I jumped on chat where Marcus B was quick to greet me. I explained the problem, sent him a picture of the issue and his response was "Got it. I'll make you a replacement order for the damaged top."
Easy Peasy, all done. No questions, or push back of any kind.
To anyone considering purchasing from UPLIFT, my experience with the products and support has been nothing but spectacular.

I have been using it for 13 year, never had a problem that the good people at this company were unable or unwilling to help me with. I have replaced "wear" items like casters and now the gas cylinder, and every step of the way there was a great person on the other side of the line to help me. Yes, when I first purchased it, I thought "this is an expensive chair for my home office"... then I thought "I sit on there almost as long each day as I sleep on my mattress". Ok, I do deserve this. So I purchased it. Now, after 13 years I had to replace the gas cylinder and I will surely get at least 7 more(maybe more) years with this chair. Bottom line, over its lifetime of use, this is a very inexpensive chair and you'll be comfortable for as long as you own it. Do something nice for yourself... buy it, you DO deserve it. JM
My desk is absolutely awesome, but the customer support that I received from Mitch was even better. The desk arrived with some damage, which is due to mishandling by the shipper, not Uplift. Mitch was quick to solve my problem and even checked in with me multiple times over the course of a few weeks to make sure everything was resolved, and that I was a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new desk, office furniture, or office accessories. They rock!
Amazing group of people over there, I love their products! I purchased a standing desk a couple years ago and recently upgraded to a larger desktop due to pandemic and needing to work from home.

I am very happy with my desk. It took me a while to pull the trigger and order it but Mike D was awesome the whole time. I ended up ordering a custom size (72" x 96") so that I could match my existing footprint exactly. It took a little longer to get the desk because the wood top didn't come out they way they wanted it at first. It was worth waiting for because it is beautiful! Extremely functional and of course quite the conversation piece in the office. It takes a little while to assemble but I was making sure it was done perfectly. Uplift Desk is an investment in your future and I have found it to have been a great choice for me.
