I got my bundles and closure within the 4-5 business days. I enjoy that they are always on time and follow up to make sure that you got your order. The hair is always full and soft with minimal shedding.
The hair arrived in a lovely pink and clear bag with straps. A free comb/brush combo and a melting band, as well as a wig cap. The wig also came with a band so it's very secure. The most expensive, soft beautiful lace front ever.

Be careful not to cut the bangs too short. Other than that the wig came curled nicely and ready to go. The only thing you have to do is cut the lace, peel off the tape and press it down and you have a whole style. Very happy with this wig can't wait to wear it somewhere fancy lol
After some initial confusion on my part, I received my order and absolutely love it. Everything that was promised, UNice hair delivers. Their customer service department went above and beyond, keeping me informed the whole time and always, always responded to my emails within 12hours, considering the time difference, that was a huge effort on their part. Will definitely buy again and cannot recommend them highly enough!
Although I purchased a different colour, I was opted to change it due to concerns that it wasn't no time frame of when it would be delivered. However, I decided to get a different colour (black) specifically because the colour I requested was not achievable. I received the hair today and love the length, but I'm concerned if it's actually virgin hair. It feels synthetic, but I'll have a test done to see if I can flat iron it. I guess I can see the hair feels nice, but as a new client, I'm not sure if I'll purchase again because it wasn't the hair I originally ordered, and that alone gave me a red flag. I'll do another review once I wear the hair.
Hunny I'll be honest I was skeptical at first but because I kept seeing the addds OVER AND OVER again I went ahead and gave it a try. And when I tell you I'm SOOOOOOOO glad I tried it. This hair is so bomb it deserves a video review (which I will do) not just a comment review, because the hair is reviewing baby ok. Full, think, silky, and sexy just how I hoped for. I only had it on for about 17 hours and already received compliments after compliment. I already referred 7 people to the website where 2 already purchased, so y'all know this hair is amazingly beautiful. And did I mention it came a day earlier than the expected delivery date! I honestly want to be an ambassador because this hair is truly amazing and NICEEEEEEEE.
I brought a wig from Unice, they sent the wrong length I have been trying to reach someone from customer service since March 21, not one person has got back to me. No reply at all, terrible customer service. And the fact that they wont acknowledge my email. Is terrible. I have sent over 10 emails back to back. And no answer.
This is my first wig, so I'm excited to start wearing it! It looks exactly as described and in the video. Great quality
This is my second order and I've been impressed with the speed of delivery and the customer service. I did have quite a bit of shedding on the first brush but seems to have settled down and hopefully they'll be no more
I HAVE ONE BAD EXPERIENCE IS WHEN I ORDERED THE WIG I DID GET A DISCOUNT, BUT I DIDN'T KNOW THAT I COULD'VE GOT IT AT 50% OFF AND FREE CURLING IRONS THAT WASN'T OFFERED, AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE 4D EYELASHES OR THE CLIPS IN MY PACKAGE. I CONTACTED CUSTERMER SERVICE AND I NEVER GOYTEN A RESPONSE BACK

I am happy to receive the wig, delivery was fast and easy to track. It's lovely, the unit is little more blonde than brown as advertised and a lot smaller/tighter fit then I thought it would be but I'll get used to it. The ordering process was a bit lengthy and it took multiple attempts to order it through Klarna UK. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would order again.
My experience so far has been a so far good one the customer service rep could respond quicker but overall they was very helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted even with the changes can't wait to try the hair n give a hair review next
As always the quality of the wig is great. I will say I'm not the fondest of the coloring job. I was expecting it to be darker and it was lighter and the way it was dyed makes the roots look uneven and not very blended. But overall still I good wig.
