Don't waste your time on these Liars

I was a long time customer. However, it took me literally hours to renew my membership which had to be paid by bitcoin.
I was very disappointed to find that there was a limit even as a premium customer (not mentioned in their become a premium member blurb).
So I decided to try to download their free usage on a couple of files. Its a joke because its almost impossible to download without getting the message "it seems you tried to download before the 60 seconds limit". This limit is set by them, you must wait the time limit before you can verify, then you get a message to say you didn't wait long enough. Complete waste of my time. I would NOT recommend to any potential users.

Provided crypto link address for subscription payment, then claimed they don't have access to that wallet. Then they'll 'ghost' you on support. Nice scam!

Edit: I'll be fair, they worked with me to get the money back. Kudos for them for doing so. Still highly suggest they do not let people use Ethereum as payment may not be received due to some backend processing issue transparent to user.

This website is a money laundering machine. In my case, after paying a 3-month premium subscription, I only managed to download 20 GB on the first day. I contacted upstore.net and they replied:

The same time we don't have to redirect to google.com anywhere. Can you write URL of the last page before google? "

After these downloads no link worked and I could not download anything.
I have come to the conclusion that this website is only an official thief. So I don't recommend it to anyone.

This site just doesn't work, try to download a not premium file as a free user and you will see. Postive review are bots or community manager

Longtime repeat customer going back several years with zero prior issues. After a few months of not using it I opted to buy 1 month, but the usual credit card method now only lets you buy 3+ months and higher.

Paypal refused to work every time (which means Paypal has now blacklisted them - for good reason). So I was forced to use a different credit card vendor that made me jump through several hoops including requiring my phone number & taking ages to process payment.

Finally got premium but only lasted about 2 days before my account reverted back to Free, and was told the payment was reversed, despite me using the same credit card I'd used prior with no issues. I have no idea why this happened, other than because that new credit card vendor is dodgy-af.

Now they tell me that credit card option is no longer available to me and I can only use the main option, as long as I select to pay for at least 3 months (ain't frikkin happening, sweetheart) OR pay with Bitcoin. Also ain't happening, because Bitcoin is NOT refundable, so if anything goes wrong I lose my money.

So since I used Upstore last earlier this year, most of their legit payment providers have dropped them like a nasty habit, and they've gotten greedier and plain predatory. Their "free user slots" is an absolute LIE because it has NEVER ever worked, no matter how many days I wait or what time of the day I try.

After I pointed this out to customer support, they called me a "cheater" that's trying to use their service for free. Even though the so-called free slots feature is their own doing, not mine. They clearly do NOT value their longtime customers and only think of us as their personal cash pigs.
