I am responding to an email that asked me to answer "yes i received my order" or "no i didn't receive my order," whereas the preceding email indicated that the document wouldn't arrive for 30-45 business days. It was a seamless process. I still need to print the form and mail it but that seems fine One negative is that it was more costly that I thought was advertised. If I knew it would cost almost 100.00 I would have filled out my own form.
