"BEWARE" My Son 16 year old Son spent $4,300 (He worked 2 summers to make that money) for wheels, springs and lugnuts, they sent the wrong color on one of the items and will not take it back but they will sell him the correct color item for full price and a discount for their mistake and take $9.00 off, "WHAT A JOKE THEY ARE" I talked to the sales person first then his Manager and then the owner, I told them it was not our mistake on the color, I have the whole conversation recorded and they also have the conversation recorded and said we did order red color not the blue color that they sent, once you get sent a order and it's wrong they will not make it right but they will sell you the correct one for full price. I highly recommend you buy somewhere else, I should have did my search looking for all the reviews online and not on their website then you will see what kind of business your dealing with, Like I said I talked to the salesmen to Manager and then to the Owner and they will still stick it to you even if your 16 years old.
Vivid always follows up with Shipping info so your not guessing where is my Stuff When the parts show up its quality parts. But if there is a problem They stand behind what they Sell!

The worst! Chrome bumper rusting after 2 months on a garage kept pickup. Vivid expected us to remove the bumper, repackage, and ship back on our own dime. All the while the pickup is not usable. A replacement was months out. Was fed a bunch of B.S. By customer service! These people simply do not care and don't stand behind their products.
Hello, this is a warranty and the manufacturer did offer an alternative method. Our returns team did send follow ups with the recommendation but have received no response. They charged my card for a product they didn't have then tell me they can't refund to card I need to take store credit or set up pay pal account just for them

I received an email stating that po boxes are not shipped to, which is a problem because I live in a small town and we do not have mail delivered to the house. I changed the shipping address to a street address last week on the 21st and got a confirmation stating that the order was being processed. I still have not received the item.

So I bought a set of titan 7 wheels for lamborghini gallardo put a set of new tires on them. The next size up front and back and car is lowered and install them. Go to back out my driveway no grade or bumps and the front tires rub like no other. So that's not going to work I take them off and call vivid. They give me the run around for a month so they don't have to buy them back. It's all my fault tire size wrong/lowered. OK I just take lose fine with that. 1 year later a guy buys them for his completely factory gallardo and puts his factory size tires back on wheels. Install and hits the road first turn he says it's rubbing so bad he went straight back home and took them off and wants a refund. So call vivid and titan and they just told me to get lost. So I wouldn't buy wheels from vivid racing
Hello, we cannot accept returns for wheels over a year go that were installed and driven on. This is pretty common in the industry for wheels that were installed, mounted and balanced, that a return could not be completed for buyers remorse, especially for wheels purchased a couple years ago.
I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.

The Vivid Racing website was one of the easiest to navigate and their images of their parts give the exact impression of the size and details it has in person. However, my order was damaged during its shipping or packaging. Only for that reason I have it 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5. I hope I am compensated for this.
They already send me the same hood twice damage on delivery plus my car had been in the shop for about three months without a hood. Just to be honest I'm so not happy with the customer service also nothing gets done right when you call and you give them your order number. I'm so tired dealing with this issue can someone help from the top please!

Ordered window glass for my chevelle. Waited almost a year, finally realized I was being bent over, cancelled my order. Now it's been 4 months with no refund. Every good review is a lie. Don't pull that trigger!
I ordered headers in November 2021. Was told a 8-10 week wait. All emails went unanswered. Finally got an answer that they're waiting on confirmation from me. 4.5 months later parts were not ordered and price increased.
I've been trying for 3 weeks now to get my money back for 2 items i no longer need, even requested the refund before either item had even been thought about being shipped. Over 300$s worth in returns and they just keep passing me off to these foreigners that i can barely understand. Really starting to get under my skin.
They never sent me a shipping date took the my right out of my account. Never got my package its been 4 months going on 5. Customer service doesn't respond to my email and nobody answers when you try to call. I do not recommend anyone waste your money on these idiots.
Four months ago I ordered a marine amplifier online and Vivid Racing promptly took my $432. I never received a confirmation email or item tracking details and never received the product. Numerous emails have gone completely unanswered. I've called several times, each time I listen to background noise with some dude talking about how great Vivid Racing is, then each time the phone line goes dead after a 10-15 minutes. Awesome.
They are quick to sell you products but when it comes to customer support it's very poor. No one returns calls. They have a machine service that replies to you instead of person. Would never buy anything from them again.

Called 6 x over 2 days. They placed my order on hold because they raised the price $100 after I already purchased it. They never answered the phone and each time I waited anywhere between 15 and 30 mins I got hung up on! I finally got through on a online chat and they refused to honor pricing and they didn't even offer to make things right or correct the website pricing. What a scam and to top it off I found the same item on Horse power freaks. Com and guess what? Appears Vivid owns them as well…. Neither CEO's where available for comment… could not escalate to a complaint call and my order was cancelled and I was promptly dismissed. Horrible horrible experience. Not to mention it's 4 days after I ordered it.

This company will completely scam you out of your money. I ordered back in the middle of June and it is now over two weeks since they told me it would be at my door. The product hasn't even left their warehouse and it has been two entire months. Don't waste your time with this dumpster fire of a company that ignores all emails and calls.
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
