I ordered an expensive wig - was supposed to be past shoulder length, real human hair. It was almost $200. When it arrived, it was a very cheap, very plastic wig that barely passed my chin. When I asked for a refund they just kept saying they couldn't and wasted my time for months. Horrible company. Do not buy!
I will never ever buy from this company again. Not only are their wigs awful their customer service is awful. There is no number to talk to someone. Communication is all by email and you wait days for an answer. I buy the wigs for my daughter due yo losing her hair from cancer. One of the wigs looks like a clown when she put it on. Not at all like the website. It was all mattied and look like it got dragged around by a dog. So so bad. I requested to return the wigs and UPS was going to charge me $350 to return. USPS $95
I have never dealt with a company that made you pay for returned merchandise. That is bad customer service. DONT BUY FROM WIGSBUY

This company shows pictures of Jaclyn Smith wigs and I ordered one paid extra for expedited freight still took over a week and it's a copy There is no phone to call here in the US I don't know whether to be mad at myself or this company guess I got what China company's are doing scamming folks look at the piece of cut paper they put in for prove of what's in box
The company received the payment, but there was no shipping confirmation until after six weeks; I received the wrong items. There is no refund unless you pay your shipping cost to send it back to China. Very disappointed
My mother order a wig from a Facebook ad. I have said over and over to never trust the linked ad but she's a trusting old woman on a fixed income. The wig came after 2 months and it was a horrible color! Customer service numbers are disconnected and no replies from emails. $150 lost. Of course, it comes from China. Scam!
I ordered a "100% human hair" wig from this place. Cost me $200. When I received it, it was a synthetic blend, the wrong wig and the wrong color. IT looked like something I could have bought at the Halloween store or Party City. I tried to return it. Called their customer service line, tried their CHAT, and sent an email. No response. I logged into the website, found their return policy and there were no links, addresses or forms available to fill out or click on. So now, I'm stuck with a 200$ Halloween costume. DO NOT buy from this "company" unless you just like throwing away your money or dealing with unethical thieving companies.
I bought 2 wigs from them around July9th and today I received 2 more pkgs. Of the same wigs today I returned unopened. I am having a hard time contacting them the *******@wigsbuy.com leads to the wrong company that is called nobo corporation and said it wasn't them and they don't know wigsbuy...so far I am going in circles...I want a refund they cost $80.00 each and I'm going to be on the hook for them I bet...hope not...be very aware of this company I will never ever use them again and will let the Better Business Bureau if this doesn't get resolved...
Two wigs I ordered in 3/2023. I never received the wigs. I was told by Wigsbuy to check the tracking. Tracking was in Chinese. I told them that I do not read Chinese. They advised me to check my PO Box.

This is not my first time purchasing from this company usually wait time 3-4 weeks. I paid for expedited shipping, hoping I can get in two weeks it has been almost two months now. I have a foundation where I give the wigs away complimentary for people who are suffering from Cancer, I had to go to another company to purchase a wig because my client was patiently waiting for the wig for me to just tell her it's coming and never came. I will never order from them again and don't be in a rush if you order a wig.
Do not buy from them they will not answer phone if you want to return items and will not answer emails. Please save yourself from getting upset
I ordered a wig 2 months ago, it arrived last week, after opening the box I was so very dissatisfied, I have never seen this color and it looks nothing like what the picture looked like. The cost was $55.00 plus shipping and handling. It doesn't seem easy to return. I know lots of ladies that like new looks but I would never recommend this company to any one. The wigs shown on the site are not the wig you will receive. Took a month and a half to receive product. It arrived and looked nothing like the wig I ordered. Wrong color, no shape, different length, thin. Impossible to return wig through their site, it is intentionally set up to confuse. Best way to get refund is to contact Paypal or your credit card company. I contacted Paypal & filed a complaint. They returned a full refund including a fee tacked on for exchange. WigsBuy also wanted me to cheat customs. Below is their communication.

2. Please ship it via the cheaper shipping way(not express/expedited way) in your local Post Office (such as USPS,not UPS)
3. The declared package value should be less than $35 in case of expensive customs duty(Please also mark "gift/sample "on the returned package).
This companies wigs look NOTHING and I mean NOTHING LIKE they advertise. People said a knock off, they don't even qualify for a knock off-at least a knock off looks almost identical to the real thing. Good luck getting a refund when your unsatisfied with your garbage wig. My pictures say it all. Do you see any curls in the wigs they advertised versus what I received, Yeah me neither. Stay away for this company! I'm trying to save you immense aggravation like myself. The reviews say it all. This company is a complete joke with no punchline! Lol
Don't buy. I was unable to get in contact with customer service. Top of wig not even finished. Wrong color and cut. Not at all like advertised.
They sent 3 of the same wigs which were supposed to be different. They look so cheap.
Then when I spent $150 to ship them back to China, they rejected the package and it came back to me.

Wigs pictured look great, but not what you receive. I even sent emails prior to ordering asking if the wigs I wanted were 100% human hair. Their service department said they were. I ordered the two I wanted. Neither are human hair, style nothing like the website images, & one was even violet. I have emailed since the receipt of the wigs, no response. My order was almost $300. Do not buy from this company!

Answer: The positive ones are fake reviews. Standard English is butchered in these reviews. They also write things we would not say like "i recommend site to all my friends to buy." These bad reviews are the honest ones because they have no reason to lie and no agenda to put money in this merchant's pocket. The bad ones are assuredly those who HAVE paid for horrible wigs that are poorly made. They write these reviews for two reasons: 1. It is cathartic getting the scam off their chests, and 2. To help and warn others. It is a waste of time to leave an honest review to help others knowing people will not believe them! For what reason do they have to lie?
