Really it's ridiculous thought I'd add this here. Really really wondering what kind of a business operates like so, like I'm tired of writing about it - it's impressive if you just read my comments on this persons website … and ironically the first time I commented I spoke up for them. But I'd really like some actual legit answers on such a scenario that seems pretty unheard of as one that was loyal to them for yrs … on and off, what does one even do in this situation, it's so unprofessional. I'm not going to let them hear the end of it to be honest.

WPMUdev provide the best support I have ever encountered with a tech firm. I love their chat support and their ticketing. I also love their forum. Its all brilliant and it gives me confidence that my clients (who are not tech businesses) could eventually take over the management of their own website hosting over time with WPMUdev as their support along the way. Today Rael was incredibly patient and supportive with my particular issues. Received support from Jasper regarding some questions with the Forminator Pro plugin settings. Access to support was immediate. Jasper then proceeded to answer all my questions clearly, efficiently and professionally, solving the issue easily within a couple minutes, while educating me so that i fully understand how the settings work so i can easily do this on my own going forward. WPMU consistently over the years has provided support that sets the bar i the (any) industry. With many tech companies and other service providers offering "support" via annoying chatbots, followed by long waits to connect to an untrained agent that simply wastes one's time while refusing to connect you to actual tech support "tech support doesn't take direct calls", WMPU is an exception and should be the gold standard with other companies strive toward in their customer support. We migrated to WPMU Dev from our previous hosting when the quality of hosting and support declined dramatically. WPMU Dev gave us a great deal in crediting our remaining contract with the previous hosting company. Migration was quick and smooth and the website has been running much better and faster on WPMU Dev. The real difference is the support. WPMU Dev support is unparalleled: By far the best support i've gotten from any service provider anywhere. True 24-hour support without long queues. The agents are all extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and efficient. Fida helped me today with elementor/woocommerce theme styling issues (not really a hosting issue at all - and i was getting nowhere trying to get support from elementor and woocommerce). After understanding what i was trying to do, Fida efficiently fixed all my issues with some CSS and continued to help solve another plugin issue.
I'd like to thank FIda from WPMU Dev for resolving a perplexing issue we had between a couple of wordpress plugins. We worked on this for a couple of days with no resolution. We connected with Fida and he was able to resolve the issue in 5 minutes! This service is so fantastic. Thanks again Fida!
Amazing support! Shamser helped me troubleshoot a really scary bug that I couldn't figure out how to solve on my own. He went into the database and found/fixed a column that was incorrectly set. Super impressive - there's no way I would have figured this out on my own!
I'm moving my multi sites to wpmudev hosting. Every host is setup slightly different so I know I'm going to be chatting with support. The automatic script did 99% of the work. After that process completed there were little adjustments to be made. A support person was available quickly in the chat and any issue got resolved within minutes.
So far the migration has been relatively easy and the new servers are much faster than my former host.

This service is great! I started using this service as soon as it was developed. I haven't been as keen on maintaining my website when Gutenberg first came on the scene, but I've revved back up and have been blessed to still have WPMUDEV holding down the fort in the background. The customer support has been awesome. They are always proficient at responding back when there's an issue, and they 're always keeping me apprised of how to resolve any scenario, even if it's not their issue.
Just wish I had come by this solution years ago! One of the truly must haves services! Free trial is a great idea and doesn't take long to work out that you should invest, as soon as you load the first site to the dashboard you see the power of what they can do.

Answer: They are a perfect companion to help you with many aspects related to running WordPress sites & portals. Their support is excellent for "basic" issues you may have regarding design or standard-functionalities. You get the most out of a membership if you run multiple WordPress-sites. If you only run a single site with a rather advanced feature like a dating site, this membership might be a bit overkill, because you will need the skills of an experienced developer or support of the premium plugins that you will need to setup a dating-site with WordPress. You should try to setup your dating-site and configure and modify as much as possible, then go for a trial membership (they offer 14 days afaik) and prepare to report as many issues as possible in advance.
Answer: They have more of plugins that would speed up and optimize your website/theme. I think you're looking for more of a WordPress theme/script in order to have an online marketplace. The WPMU DEV plugins will definitely help our your marketplace when it's in production, I know they helped with my eCommerce site :)
