They came out perfectly! I dont believe i even picked the high quality versions, but they turned out great! Highly recommend their templates where you can customize them to fir your needs! It is cheaper than most printing companies!
It was difficult to determine how high up the text was positioned and mine came out bad. A better product preview is preferred,

Pretty pleased with the product, I enjoyed the artistic freedom that the app supports, it came out exactly as designed. The price for shipping is a bit much for what I purchased, so I may check other sites to see how it compares. All - In - All, good product, I'm pleased. If other online printing is comparable, I'd stay here.
So far I have ordered three separate custom items for my daughter's bridal shower. From the start it was very easy to design my printed items and to order them. The delivery dates were exact and the price is super reasonable. Overall EXCELLENT experiences.

In creating a birthday invitation (two sided), I could not figure out how to get the text to appear. Honestly I tried the BOT and that was not helpful. I asked to speak with a person and within a matter of minutes, I was chatting with a human. She walked me through the steps to create the back of the card.
Fast delivery after placing order and great quality.
I just placed my second order with Zazzle and simply reordered a previous design I had used. I made a change to the font and the new version of my card arrived quickly and looked nice. The only disappointment I had was that my cards have a vibrant yellow background (it's the reason I chose that design) and this current order is much more faded or muted.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
