Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!

I was told my mug would be delivered 5-10 working days but arrived in 4 days.

I received my product withing 10 days of the purchase date.

On the average about 3weeks, every item is a "custom" order & the craftsmanship is impeccable
