I ordered a personalized puzzle for my niece. I received the wrong item. I wanted a replacement but they said they couldn't guarantee that it would arrive on time. I stated that their site says if you order by Dec 15th it would get here by December 23rd with express shipping. The agent then told me express shipping wasn't available even after I sent his the picture stating otherwise. In reality, they did not want to pay for the express shipping themselves. They did process a refund but I am extremely frustrated especially because the agent lied and now I have to find a new gift.
The boxes were crushed because they were shipped in a soft package. The puzzles are thin and cheaply made. This is a huge disappointment.

I chose the seaside backdrop with a light and darker golden retriever on either side of a blond with a ponytail pulled up. It was perfect! The names inscribed under each was also very well done! My wife was so excited to get her Dog Mom cup. Thank you for the great gift!

I ordered what was supposed to be a touching momento, a gift in remembrance of my son's 15-year-old dog that just passed away. The whole family was devastated by Coco's loss so I decided it was justified to spend close to $30 CAD, though it was more than I could afford on my tight budget.
Based on the website, image and description, it was going to be so pretty and would've made them so happy.
I'm shocked at what I received. I'm absolutely livid. I can't believe this is what they would send. A piece of plastic with badly trimmed edges and vertical indented lines all over, faded colours - just awful!
Seriously wondered if this was some kind of joke? It would be offensive to give this to anyone as a gift.
I sent an email almost 2 days ago now and no response. I'm really disappointed and even sad that this is how little regard a company has for people who spend their hard earned money thinking they're getting something nice.

Without asking, the customer service provides me with a discounted code for checkout. When the option for expedited delivery was not available and I mentioned that I was getting a gift for a coworker who is leaving the company for a new position somewhere else and I needed to get the order by a specific date, they delivered and I received the order 5 days before the actual delivery date. I was impressed when the order was sent on the next day out for delivery. The customer support is amazing with delivering the request I mentioned. Good job and thank you for the expedited service - I appreciated it and that I am able to give my coworker the gift before she left the organization was a big deal!

The order process was good. The item was exactly as described. Delivery time was short and the item arrived well before the estimate. The personalization was accurate and well done. The item was packaged poorly for shipment. The order consisted of a ceramic 11oz coffee mug. The mug was enclosed only in an oversized styrofoam container, that allowed for it to bounce around within the packaging. While the mug arrived unbroken fortunately, the item should be better secured within the packaging with other materials to better prevent potential damage during shipment.

I absolutely love my purchases from Gossby. We ordered the Custom Baby Onesie-Protected by Dog and it is so cute. And we ordered Dog Lovers Shirt - Dog Mom and the pictures were spot on! So Adorable! Answer: No they scam half their customers so any good review is so they can keep scamming people
Answer: Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!
Answer: Although the order was in US$, the product was delivered from New South Wales in Australia within 2-3 days. I'm not sure where the ceramic mugs come from, but the personalised pics and labels would have to have been done within Australia, to be delivered so quickly.
