Does anyone have any exoerience ordering from New Zealand? If so were you charged taxes and how much? My friend has ordered from a USA site and was charged $150 taxes.

Love the prices and designs. Can I return if it doesn't fit correctly? Do they offer even exchange if it doesn't fit right or do they not really give you store credit? I have been screwed in the past and don't want a bad experience

I placed my first time order ever on toby.com
Bought clothes worth $571.79. I absolutely forgot to connect my facebook account to my Registered toby account. I placed my order from India. Placed it on:- the Indian date - November 27th in the evening ~ i. E., Tuesday November 27th early morning in the States. I feel so bad cause I couldn't avail your generous 50% first order discount only cause I paid without connecting my toby account to my Facebook account.
