I'm about to order from Tobi for my first time. It says 50% off your first order however when I went to check out I was charged the full price... any suggestions?

Contact customer service and tell them, this happened to me before using a few other websites and they told me to place the order anyway and gave me a refund for the items that were overcharged. Pretty annoying when you have a 50% off code to use and they mess it up!

Cancel the order until the error has been corrected. It's too hard to get a refund from them after the fact.
